About this condo rental
Our new nicely decorated apartment has a queen bed and a pull out queen sofa, free WIFI, Smart TV, DVD player, dvds, games and books. The bathroom has a double head shower and a Jacuzzi tub. On the large private deck you can enjoy breakfast or a relaxing adult beverage in the evening sun. The fully stocked kitchen space includes a refrigerator/freezer combo, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a toaster oven. The apartment has no shared spaces and is attached to the main house. Easy keyless in and out. Enter through the "Sonne Garten" gate to a private entrance on the back of the house. Guest parking available . You will enjoy your own fenced in Garden. But please note that there is a dog on our side of the fence.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay for a quick trip before my teenage son played golf the following day. Everything was clean, cozy, and perfect for what we needed. The owner was great to work with and we look forward to coming back!

After parking one walks through a gate into the Sonne Garten, with graveled pathways and tasteful yard decorations, past a small deck with a small table and comfortable chairs for guests to a beautifully decorated studio apartment that was absolutely delightful.

The property was very nice!!!!!! There were a lot of little details that you wouldn’t expect but Ursla thought of them all. The place was decorated very nice. I would highly recommend this place.

My only little complain is that it didn't have a stove. I guess somehow I missed this detail while booking.

We enjoyed are stay very much, we were not disappointed in the least, We found that Ursula was very helpful in guiding us in the use of the TV and coffee pot. She was there if we needed her but we had our privacy. We loved sitting in the garden area and hope to be back next year.

Well appointed apartment that abuts the owners house. A door to the main quarters was sealed off, but you could still hear the owners when they closed a main door to their house. That said, the bed was super comfortable and the entire room was spotless and well laid out.

I stayed here for 5 days, 4 nights. This place is beautiful! The hosts were wonderful and helpful. They've thought of everything you may need. The yard outside is very well done. My only regret is that the weather wasn't warm enough for me to enjoy the deck! If back in town I will absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for a wedding we were invited to. Living out of state we booked our room from Ursula and couldn’t have been more happy with our choice. The room was perfect for the 2 of us. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck with a glass of wine and just relaxing while we waited for events throughout our stay. Would highly recommend staying here. Not to mention it’s a 7 minute drive to Pinehurst #2.

Ursula’s set-up was exactly what we needed for a one night stay. What you get for the price, you can’t beat it. Typically like to stay away from shared living spaces, but with exclusive guest parking and entry, we didn’t even know anyone else was there. Don’t hesitate to book.

Just like an Upscale tiny house
Ursula thought of everything with this property and it’s all higher end! Super comfy bed, necessary for great golf so it really helped. The bathroom is spectacular. The tiny “kitchen” is just enough for quick snacks and encourages you to enjoy the local restaurants. Communicating was easy and super responsive. A perfect little place for a very comfortable stay. Thanks for the excellent hospitality.

Pinehurst trip
Very clean and quiet! A must for me when I’m traveling is that I’m able to sleep and the place fir the bill. The bathroom with separate shower and tub is very nice.
