Seawinds #1403 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, sleeper sofa, WiFi, and two flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. You'll find excellent restaurants in Marco and Goodland, a unique near-by fishing village. The Marco Movie Theatre serves food while you're viewing the latest movie. The views can't be beat. The property is older but well maintained. The pool is nice, and the beach is perfect and has easy access from the pool area. Many places to eat, shop, etc nearby. A/C had a small issue and the owner/property mgt handled it right away and were responsive throughout the stay. Overall a nice location.

The rental was nasty, way smaller than pictured, floors made feet dirty quickly, under the bed was nasty, bed was stained, couch was stained, WiFi was terrible and didn’t get help til a day later. Location was okay but Marco Island isn’t the ideal vacation spot. There’s nothing to do and the restaurants aren’t good.

This location is beautiful. This is a second year in a row staying on Marco Island, working with Harborview and staying in Seawinds #1403. Haborview was very professional and I would consider using them in the future. I would also consider staying in the Seawinds building again. The property management is very friendly and helpful. However, unit 1403 is in need of some attention. The dryer's timer was not working properly and therefore would continue to run until the door was opened, the porch light did not work on the balcony, there was peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling, doors and trim, the patio doors in the main bedroom do not open and close as they should, several panels of curtains hanging in the main bedroom were hung backward, all the dinner plates were chipped. Some of these concerns I mention (peeling paint) were just beginning the first year we stayed but have gotten worse over the past year. The first year, we just attributed the peeling paint to "life by the sea" and assumed that this is an issue that is addressed on a regular basis. However, after returning the second year and finding the same but worsening situation along with other problems I mentioned above, my impression is that the maintenance and attention to detail has been lacking. That being said, the location is beautiful and the building and is nice and Harborview is wonderful.

My wife, and I have stayed at Seawinds many of times, and this is our favorite unit by far. it is very bright, and relaxing. Everything you need to enjoy the beach, and plenty of items to cook in the unit. The washer and dryer in the unit is plus! We will be back!

I stayed in this gulf front unit in Marco Island, Florida. Location, location, location! The building is perfectly located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets were the highlight of our stay! The unit itself was perfectly appointed! It was nicely updated with a coastal vibe. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. I especially liked the attention to detail. We sat out on the enlarged balcony in the morning and enjoyed our coffee. The bathrooms were recently updated and were clean as a whistle. I especially appreciated all the equipment provided for the beach. We could not have asked for a better beachfront condo!!! I highly recommend this condo as a perfect retreat for a couple or for a family.

This condo is very well kept and clean. The beach view from the condo was spectacular. The bathroom situation was great as my husband and I could each have our own space to get ready. We also loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The south end of the island has so many restaurants we enjoyed walking to every night. This condo was perfect for our family. The location and access to the beach and restaurants was awesome. The condo was clean and well stocked and had everything we needed. The beach toys and chairs were perfect. The balcony, however, was the show stopper for us! There is nothing better than hearing the waves and watching the sunsets put on a show every evening. This unit is the perfect vacation rental. The unit is equipped with everything you will need from beach chairs to a fully stocked kitchen. The owners have done a great job taking good care of the unit. The building is well maintained and we enjoyed the pool. The best part though is the view of the beach and listening to the waves from the balcony. I would highly recommend this unit to both couples and families.

This was our first time to Marco Island and our ocean view was beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay. However, found the unit could use some general maintenance attention regarding toilets, garbage disposal, HVAC filter had not been replaced in some time, possible water leak from unit above us appeared on our departing day and what appeared to be mold/mildew was in the shower. Cabinet space was limited in both the kitchen and bedrooms. Although the unit may be able to sleep (6) it would be crowded especially if all adults. I may consider visiting again, however would check the status of conditions prior to commitment.

Too many small problems to give 5 stars
Location, location, location is what its all about, if your wanting to be right on the beach. The closeness to the sand is amazing. The unit was clean and smelled great. The problems that came up were little but became big. I will say that everything was taken care of eventually, but for this kind of rent, I expected it to be better.
Coffee Maker was broken, ( Replaced it eventually) Dryer would not work, ( Works, but will not shut off now)Toilet seat was broken and the main bathroom sink was clogged and backed up. The condo facility is ok, no A/C in the elevators and one is always broken. Made a wait at times approx. 8-10 minutes. Staff at the condo were great and friendly. The pain is peeling off the bathroom walls in the shower room also.
The pool had quite a few kids screaming all the time and parents not giving a hoot, so the beach was a better place to relax. The beach is clean but hard to walk on without sandals or water shoes. The closer you get to the beach the more shells there are and hard on the feet, but if your a shell collector, its a goldmine.
Turtles come ashore in the night to lay their eggs during our visit and it requires you keep you drapes closed to the night views. Not much to see at night anyway. Happy to help the turtles.
Check in was not perfect as the woman I spoke to had a attitude and can only imagine she had a hard day and was ready to go home. The rest of the staff was very attentive and helpful.
Condo needs a TV guide on how to operate the TV and what channels are available on each TV. Very frustrating to get it figured out.
Unit is not close to walking to any stores or restaurants, so be sure to have a car. Be aware parking is an additional $50 for you stay. Positive of the location, is its quite, with no noise from restaurants of clubs. Lots of choices of restaurants on the Island and we eat great when we did go out. Winn Dixie and Publix are the local store. Winn Dixie is bigger and nice store FYI.

We were wanting a beachfront rental with an excellent ocean view and Seawinds #1403 delivered. The view from our unit was excellent and the beach was beautiful. The building was older and not as luxurious as some on the beach, but the building was well-located and our unit appeared to be pretty well-maintained. The unit had 2 bedrooms, 2 toilet areas with one shower room between, a full kitchen, dining table, living area, and plenty of beach equipment. Our criticisms are minor, but it would have been nice if the bedrooms had been larger, there was more storage space, the lighting had been better in the bedrooms and bathrooms, more hand soap had been provided, and if the building had a fitness room. The unit would benefit from some updating of furniture, etc. but everything was functional. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would consider staying here again.

Very clean property and supplies everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The proximity to the beach excellent and the sunsets were breathtaking. We had groceries delivered and walked to restaurants.

Seawinds is on South Beach on Marco Island. This is about 5 vacation rental properties up from the southern tip of the island. The western shore and beaches of the island are curved. The effect of this is that you get one of the best beach-front balcony views anywhere in the United States. Besides the beautiful beach and gulf view directly ahead, you see the beach, gulf, and vacation rental towers and buildings all the way to the southern tip of the island and all the way to the north.
Visibility is from the 14th floor is good. We spotted dolphins, watched sailboats, and so on.
The breeze on the balcony was pleasant. We found ourselves spending more time on the balcony here than any other Gulf of Mexico or Atlantic Ocean vacation.
With the sliding door open in the master bedroom, the sound of lapping waves on the beach was completely audible and soothing, every bit as nice as we have had on lower floors.
You easily can spend more for accommodations on Marco Island, but I am not sure you can get a better view, atmosphere, or sounds anywhere else.
We were there in mid-October and there was just a narrow ribbon of seaweed near the shore and otherwise this was some of the best beach water I have been in.
The area is loaded with great dining and live music. But in case you don’t feel like getting in your car to drive to a restaurant, you can walk 200 feet south to the Apollo on the Beach right next to the Seawinds and eat at the Sunset Grille.
Staying at the Seawinds was nice base from which to explore the environment and many activities of the island and neighboring Goodland, Isle of Capri, Everglades City, Naples, Lovers Key, and Bonita.
The people staying at the Seawinds all were very nice, friendly, low key, and keep a quiet, relaxing tone.

The best part was the way the bathrooms are set up. It stated 1.5 baths but it truly is 2 full baths. The unit has everything you need. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and beach items. I would highly recommend.

Perfect location with excellent beach view from large patio overlooking the water. Condo itself was small with very little storage/room for our clothing and bags and for our dry food. It was a cute place, but the lack of storage was a real problem. Also the pots and pans were not in good shape and definitely need to be replaced. We were very happy to find that extra storage closet by the elevators where the beach chairs were stored. However, no one told us that it existed and it was overpacked with a great deal of needless items. I think the closets and kitchen need to be decluttered to make more space for renter's things. That would be a huge improvement.
