Located close to Sunday River this beautifully decorated house is a gem! Nicely furnished, comfortable beds and beautiful linens. Well equipped kitchen and fun game room. Great hot tub and fire pit in the spacious back yard. This house is perfect for families vacationing together.

We had a wonderful week stay at the Farm House! This was our second time staying here & once again it did not disappoint. The house was clean, well stocked & comfortable. Also the location can’t be beat for a week of skiing at Sunday River! We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was perfect. All the beds were extremely comfortable. The living areas were great for our group. Hot tub and game room really made it a fun stay! Definitely renting again!!

What a beautiful farmhouse with all the old charm but modern features and conveniences. It was just as the pictures showed and very accurate to the description. It had a great layout and plenty of space for the 6 of us. More than enough. We had lots of space. We were able to cook our Thanksgiving meal and enjoy a few quiet days away. We had our 2 dogs with us which meant so much to us. The hot tub is just steps away on the deck from the back door. That was a real treat. My teenagers enjoyed the game room a lot. We were able to have a few logs in the fireplace which was also wonderful. Highly recommended and definitely give it 5 stars. Great communication with the host and everything went great for our stay. They were very accommodating and the home had everything you can think of for a wonderful stay. We didn’t ski but what a great spot to stay at while going to Sunday River. So close to the mountain, town and local restaurants too. A beautiful famous covered bridge is just a mile down the road. Definitely a great home to enjoy your getaway!!

First floor and stairs makes all creaky sound for every step. House looks great in photos but real experience is not great. Backyard and game room are very good though

The house was cozy, clean and had a ton of charm. The location was great, close to the ski resort and to gem stone mining. The house was well stocked and had many fun activities to do during our down time. We would stay here again.

This is a very quiet location which was exactly what we were looking for. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. We had plenty of space for our whole family. Communication with the owner was great. I would strongly recommend this property

Excellent house in Bethel for a family trip! The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our kids loved the game room. Everything is provided for you except tinfoil and plastic wrap. The hot tub was a big hit. The outdoor space was great. TV is easy to use. ACs in every bedroom. Check in/out was easy. The house is on a somewhat busy road, so I guess if you have a dog that runs you’d want to be careful (we don’t have a dog—just info for those who do). Wish they had pans that were not non-stick, as we don’t use them for health reasons. Otherwise, an exceptional experience had by all. We’d definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the property was quaint and cozy with a fun game room and we were able to bring our pup along as well! The house was a few minutes from the slopes and other amenities which was very convenient. We loved using the hot tub which was great after a long day on the mountain! The house was clean and the owners had a nice welcoming basket and binder, as well as digital guide book with any info we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Our two families enjoyed renting this impeccably clean and beautifully decorated rental house for Thanksgiving. The husbands and kids got in 2 days skiing at Sunday River and this close location can't be beat. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook, and we enjoyed the historic charm of this old home. Finally, the game room was a big hit with everyone, and the spacious yard with swingset, fire pit and hot tub meant we didn't need to go out for entertainment. Highly recommend!

My family and I rented the house for a Sunday River ski weekend. The house is co charming and we loved how many private, dedicated sleeping spaces there were. We were four couples so having separate space was awesome. The location cannot be beat if you are skiing Sunday River. We loved how easy it was to get to and from the mountain each day!

We absolutely loved this property and would stay again. Location to Sunday River was perfect. We stayed over Christmas and they even had a Christmas tree set up…so thoughtful. Kitchen very well equipped. We like to cook and have a family dinner every night so this was a huge plus for us. My family enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. Can’t think of anything I would change. Thank you …hope to see you next year!

This house was perfect for us - clean, quiet, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was great - if offered us the quiet retreat we wanted cut was still close enough to town. Best part is that it is a short walk to the Sunday River Bridge.
