About this house rental
Nestled in Lakeside, this charming house for R 9,642 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Big groups or small, come one and all. This house is set up and ready for you. It has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths on the main floor and 3 bedrooms 1 bath downstairs, both with incredible views. Open floor plan throughout allowing for some seperation between living and kitchen area. Drink your coffee or tea in the morning while enjoying the sunrise from the nook area or take it on the deck. The deck is equipped with an awning offering even more protection to the patio & hot tub below. The perfect place to call home while your here. Private yet close to Blacktail Ski Resort, Whitefish Ski Resort aka Big Mountain, Glacier National Park and of course Flathead Lake which is within walking distance to the brand new Volunteer Park. There is a boat launch in Lakeside & Somers but if you prefer a quieter place where you can also drop anchor and explore West Shore State Park is fantastic and from there Wild Horse Island is just a quick boat ride away. You are also just a short drive away from hunting, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, shopping and so much more. After a long day you can look forward to a relaxing soak in the hot tub while taking in the views. +In the winter months when we have ice and snow, the driveway is plowed but it is still important to have atleast all season tires on your vehicle. The driveway is paved but steep and unavoidably slick in places.+

Hello! This house was a great vacation getaway! Loved it. Plenty of room (there were only 3 of us) so LOTS of space. But the best part of this property was the VIEW OF FLATHEAD LAKE AND BACKDROP MOUNTAINS than I ever expected!! It made the stay in this house worthwhile just for that view. Really incredible and even better than the website shows. Trust me!
Misty, the host, was the best person I have ever had the privilege of working with in any rental home that I have been in: kind, courteous, professional, and always there for you. I would highly recommend this house for your next Western Montana getaway. It was wonderful! Thank you, Misty!

We enjoyed our stay! The view is gorgeous and the fenced yard was great for our small dog. The hot tub was relaxing and the house had most of what we needed. Bring toiletries. The host left us a great s’mores set which we enjoyed putting to use. Thanks for the stay!

Our family stayed here for 5 nights in July. It was our first time visiting Montana and our main goal was visiting Glacier NP. We also wanted to stay somewhere with more of a local Montana feel, we loved the idea of Flathead lake, and because we had an infant with us, we also loved being near Kalispell with the bigger stores in case we needed anything. This home was everything we could have asked for and MORE! Our communication with the host before our trip was excellent! The home was immaculate and the hosts had so many little extras that just made our arrival so special. The views were stunning! The kids loved the yard and the games!! We would come back here every summer!!!

The view of the sunrise over the lake from the bedroom was breathtakingly beautiful! The home was clean and comfortable. The yard was beautifully landscaped and maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub. Check in and check out were simple. Hostess was easy to communicate with and helpful.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful place. My husband and I graduated from U of M back in the 80s- our dream was to bring our girls plus their families to explore Montana. This house was perfect- spacious and welcoming. Close to Glacier and other attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly with answers to my questions. Definitely a place worth staying at!

sisters and spouses and daughter and spouse stayed with husband and myself for a week. Everybody did their own thing, with the house being "camp". The family spent most days out on the deck from morning til night-coffee int he morning, afternoons under the awning having drinks and playing games. We enjoyed the house so much. We tend to cook a lot and this house had everything. Super comfortable beds, views were stunning, owner answered all kinds of questions promptly. Would definitely go back again.

This is a beautiful property overlooking Flathead Lake. It is clean and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked with cookware. The house provides room to be together, but is also spacious enough for those times when you might want to be apart. We really enjoyed the deck and the firepit. The views from the breakfast nook and the deck were a delightful place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a relaxing place to read in the afternoon. Misty is an excellent host.

We choose Misty’s place and it turned out to be perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The house is well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, books/board games, comfy beds with linens, and plenty of bath towels. The views of the lake (pictures don’t do it justice) were enjoyed by all, including the amazing hot tubs with it’s strong jets (enjoyed after a long day of hiking and exploring beautiful Montana). We also appreciated the cleanliness of the property, it’s clear the owners care about its condition and maintenance. Don’t hesitate to choose this property, we will certainly be back!

A large enough space for four families to be comfortable yet plenty of communal space for gathering. The view is incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed, including large pots and serving bowls to serve the crowd. Highly recommend this place!

This house had the best views ever!! So breath taking to look out and even be sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the view! This fit our family nicely and enough room to spread out. And was very clean and super nice to have to many dishes and stuff for cooking in the kitchen.

We absolutely loved staying at the property and enjoying all the wildlife and sights around the area. The home had everything we needed and was close to Glacier and numerous other beautiful areas. The views of the lake were amazing from the home and we saw more stars than ever in the night sky. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property. Layout was wonderful. Living, dining, kitchen are large enough for a 6 or more to gather in comfortably. Deck in back has a beautiful view over the lake... which was partially obstructed by wildfire smoke most of the week we were there. Very beautiful and peaceful. Fenced front and back yards were greatly appreciated by the dogs!

My family of seven adults and three children stayed here. It was very comfortable, had a beautiful view, all the amenities we needed just as if we were at our own home and felt very safe and secure. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Flathead Lake area.

This home was a great landing spot for our group. We traveled with two families and there was plenty of space for all of us. The hot tub meant for relaxing evenings and the upper deck gave us amazing sunrises. We hit Glacier a few days and hung out at Volunteer park a few more. Had enough table space to play games together and the kitchen was big enough to cook for our group. We laughed, cried, and loved - healed our restless minds, bodies, and souls. So thankful for this space to do that. We will cherish our memories.

Our family of 9 stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved every minute here. The home is super comfy and spacious and had everything we needed! Misty was a super hostess and felt she went above and beyond to help us--she even lent us a cooler for a hiking trip to the park. The days we stayed were quite hot and the home was sufficiently air conditioned for the evenings we were back home. We spent most of our time outdoors, hiking and exploring but loved our time when we were at "home". Some of us used the hot tub one evening and it was amazing to sit out side and view the stars. We would love to come back again one day...We appreciated this great place to call home while we all visited Montana for our first time. Thank you!!!

Awesome house by Flathead Lake
This house was perfect for our family. We had 11 adults and 1 infant. There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The house was in a great location near Glacier Park. We spent the mornings and evenings on the deck with an amazing view of Flathead Lake. During the days we hiked, rented a pontoon on Flathead and went whitewater rafting. The house was clean and very well stocked for cooking. Great family vacation spot.

Perfection
This place was absolutely perfect. The property had deer and bunnies that would stop through most days. It was close enough to town (lovely park two minutes away from the house with lake access for swimming) but had privacy. Just a few hours drive to East Glacier and even less to West Glacier. The yard was well maintained, fenced and provided enough room for the kids to play. The house was well supplied too. Misty was wonderful and very responsive with all our questions. We would absolutely stay here again.
