Great extra space for out of town guests to get away to after a full day of family

Upon arrival the curb appeal was very poor the home was unkept while standing on the property attempting to enter the home you are meet with a strong smell of mildew or mold.We were unable to enter the home with the code because it failed to open fortunately we located the key to the lock . We were able to enter the premises and the smell of mold did not dissipate. I attempted to air out the home but the windows did not have any screens and the door screen on the back door was pushed out from the door and the spline was hanging leaving a gaping holes. The bedding was stained and torn. I washed the bedding that night only to my dismay to find out that the dryer was not properly heating it took several hours to dry the bedding . Our party did not get to bed until late that night. The linen especially the towel were of such poor quality they were not absorbent. The advertisement states the home can accommodate eight individuals . However the utilities for the kitchen clearly would not accommodate eight I counted seven forks and maybe 6 drinking classes and that is being generous. The house is infested with ants I left a bag of nuts on my bedside tables and in the morning the bag was full of ants. One of our guests had a baby bag and the ants found their way into the baby’s food. The ants were in kitchen in the living room bedroom in the washroom. The backyard was the sole reason I chose the rental however the space had clearly not been maintained this season. There was debris from the yard everywhere on the furniture. The grill was rusted and full of spiders. The area was infested with carpenter bees. The picture shows a hammock in nice condition yet the actual hammock is shredded in pieces and unusable ithe entire back yard space is unusable. I was really disappointed and would not recommend this rental to anyone unless and until the owner makes a lot of improvements .

This home is an overall 10 out of 10!! Neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. Comfy and spacious, this will be our go to whenever we visit Mississippi! Thank you Keith for accommodating us. This felt like home.
