El hotel está bien, pero pierde mucho por el servicio.

La suite era bastante amplia y el hotel bastante nuevo.

Al llegar nos acompañó un señor hasta la habitación y entró dentro con nosotros, no nos subió ninguna maleta pero nos acompañó y entró dentro para que le dieramos una propina. Nada más llegar había 2 colillas en el wc. El sofá cama, no estaba preparado como cama a pesar de que reservamos para 3 personas y cuando lo expliqué al de recepción me dijo que debajo teníamos las sábanas para que nosotros la hicieramos. Al abrir el sofá cama había un montón de pipas. Dejamos una en lo alto de la mesa y ningún día limpiaron. El baño tenía un dispensador de gel que estuvo vacío durante toda la estancia y no se molestaron en rellenar ni siquiera para el día de nuestra llegada.

Excellent and highly recommendable stay

The room was very big and spacious and has everything we need. It was also very clean.

Everything was to our liking and we feel great about our stay there. If there is a slight thing I can say, it is that not all staff can speak English well but they did try their best to communicate and meet our needs. Thank you

It has a washing machine and breakfast is nice

The floor is a bit dirty and the kitchen is not well equipped.

Fantástico!

Todo en general, pero sobretodo la amabilidad del recepcionista que hablaba portugués, él que nos recibió el primer día y su compañero.

El mal olor cuando se abria los cajones de la cocina, olia muy mal, como a desagüe.

A very pleasant stay.

The kitchen facilities. The extras they provide i.e. water, slippers, loofah, shampoo etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Semra at reception.

Need to attend to drain smell.

Śniadania były bardzo dobre i urozmaicone. Świeże produkty i owoce. Pomimo bliskości ruchliwej drogi usytuowanie pokoju sprawiało, że hałas nie przeszkadzał. Pokój czysty, schludny z bardzo dobrym wyposażeniem aneksu kuchennego. możliwość korzystania z taniego i komfortowego transportu hotelowego jest dodatkowym atutem. warto skorzystać z transferu lotniskowego. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

Нам было комфортно.

Мы ездили на лечение и сняли номер для трех человек(я, супруга и дочка) на 9 дней. Номер был большой и удобный. Меняли полотенце каждый день, а постельное белье раз в три дня. Можно готовить(есть все что необходимо), пить чай и стирать в номере. Завтрак был вкусный. Персонал вежливый и готовь помочь всегда. Гостиница находиться рядом с метро SIHHIYE. До KIZILAY(центр города) можно добраться пешком. Возле гостиницы есть супермаркеты и много разных кафе. Нам было комфортно оставаться тут.

It was very bad

Location was good

We booked 2 rooms for 7250 TL for 2 nights for 5 people. The hotel contacted us and said there is an overbooking, so they proposed one big room for 2600TL/night. It’s 5200TL. We agreed upon it, but at the arrival the hotel refused refund of 2000TL difference. Additionally, the bathroom was very dirty with dark hairs on the floor, only 2 towels for 5 people, extra dirty sofa with nose picks, a railroad right next to the hotel. There was a clog in the shower, the water wouldn’t go down.

Good value for a short stay

Very central, nice and helpful staff, good value for money, good breakfast.

Quite noisy, cleaning not very thorough, no “do not disturb sign” for the room’s door.

Good location. Clean rooms.

The standard rooms only fits 2 people comfortably. The website indicates that there is a pull out bed but our room didn't have. So we had to upgrade to the family suite for 3 people. The internet cut out alot.

The reception asked me for addition 1000 Turkish lira because I have 2 kids 5 years old and we want to stay only 5 hours

The suit is nice

Broken glass at the floor and dirty floor in addition that their were dishes and glass at the dish washer !!!!

Customer service/convenience should be their top priority

The staff was nice.

The hotel has a very slow response in cleaning your room. Also the show drainage was clogged previously and it took two additional days before someone cleared it and I was able to take a shower.

The rooms are clean and the hotel is pretty close to most tourist attractions. The staff were friendly.

There could be more options for breakfast and there was no air-conditioning in the inner room.

Price / Quality is great

The cafe in front of the Hotel is perfect if you want to sit somewhere outside and safe. The owner and staff is polite and friendly. I would rather come as a family and not with a group of friends though.

The rooms aren't cleaned ENOUGH; hair from other guest before you is still in the bathroom. Maybe this only happened once and it's not dirty at all.

The location is very convenient, the hotel is new, but the staff was very professional, on-site parking was great and close by, and the view from the terrace was great, main attractions are super close. Breakfast was very good.

Facilities were sufficient for us staff especially Josef was great 👍 including the young lady at reception appreciated his help with everything. Nice location central to all transport especially to main TCDD station & only 7-9mins to Otorgad Bus station by Taxi.

Breakfast was minimal could be a little better & no Turkish coffee ☕ the bed was to soft otherwise all good. Sound travels from above rooms from noisy renting customers at times. But this seems the norm in all places we've stayed throughout Turkey.
