The second floor features the living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, half bathroom and a master suite, while the third level is home to a full bathroom and the three remaining bedrooms, including two additional master suites and a fun kids room (with two sets of bunk beds and lots of movies). Great vacation spaces continue outside too, with two screened porches, two decks and two outdoor showers and a backyard with gas grill. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more.2 TVs, 2 DVDs, Wii, library of books & DVDs, board games, beach chairs, 2 outside showers, gas fireplace, gas grill, foosball, ping pong, Wifi. Things to know Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Overall we had a good time and enjoyed the size & layout of the house. The floors didn’t seem very clean when we checked in & several screens on the back porch we’re off. Nothing we could live with (& did) but needs fixing.
