SPACE: Three-story townhome with quality furniture, linens, kitchen items, accessories, and all. A beautiful open floor plan that's a great place to hang out and relax between all of your Nashville festivities. A great deal of passion went into designing and decorating our home so that it would be perfect for your stay. We assume all of our guests will be respectful & excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules & expectations so we're all on the same page. HOUSE LAYOUT: Main level: Open Concept Fully Stocked Kitchen Dining and Living room with private powder bathroom. Private Bedroom with Two Full Beds. 2nd floor: Primary Bedroom with King Bed and en suite full bathroom Guest Bedroom with King Bed and adjacent full bathroom. -Very clean and open living space -Soaps + shampoo provided -Free gated lot parking (two spaces allowed) -Laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer PARKING: • Secure Gated Development with plenty of free parking. ACCESS: • Automated keyless entry • Guests have 24/7 access to the entire property via the garage door keypads. Keypad codes will be sent to the guest before check-in. NOTABLES: • Unit is professionally cleaned to CDC guidelines AND finished with commercial grade electrostatic cleaning technology for high touch surface areas. • This home comes with a custom digital guidebook that provides hundreds of dollars in savings from other local businesses • We have noise monitoring technology installed inside the home. Please note the technology does not record audio of any kind, it only alerts us when noise levels are unusually high. We take respect for our home our neighbors and our community very seriously. Nice place to stay! Enjoyed the amenities and the convenient location! Everywhere we went was just a short drive away! Definitely on my list of faves!

This VRBO was super cute and perfect for our bachelorette party. The rooftop deck was so nice to have! The manager was great to work with when we had questions. Definitely recommend, it’s a great deal and just a short drive to get downtown.

We liked the place. Had 10 people in our group. Needs more seating inside and on patio for 10 people to set comfortably. More linens would be nice especially towels and washcloths with 10 staying there. No laundry or dish soap was provided. Uber is close but pricey for a group of 10 if you want to enjoy the day and go again for the Nashville nightlife. Parking could be better. Threatened to tow our car first night while we were already down town because we were parked in the wrong spot. Owner was very responsive with any issue.

Cutest house ever! We went for a girls weekend and had the best time! The house is really centrally located to many things and the company is super helpful and quick to respond! We will definitely stay again!

The house/condo was beautiful & we loved the overall aesthetic. Each room was clean with nice comfy beds. There was a complimentary bottle of wine & clear instructions on how to get in & out of the house. Definitely want to return to enjoy the rooftop seating area bcuz it was a little too cold to sit outside on this trip. 😆

We stayed here for a girlfriends bachelorette.
The house had plenty of space for our group of 6 and was all we expected. The location was nice and close to downtown and popular areas, although it was a bit rough we had no troubles

The unit was cute and clean so we all had a wonderful time. With it being located 10 minutes to downtown it was easy to get back and forth. We did have an issue with the bathroom lavatory draining slow, we called and the handyman came out with in 1 hour and fixed it for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall this is a beautiful little Vrbo! It’s clean, cute, and everything you need!! The inside does need some little fixes all over, the sinks don’t drain well, and the door lock wouldn’t let us at one point so it may need new batteries. But overall I would recommend anyone to stay here!

The property was great and spacious for 5 adult women. The rooftop space was awesome! There were other 'groups' staying at similar places in our complex and across the street and were super nice (they even brought us a cake on our last day :)). We were cautioned not to walk around the neighborhood at night but there were no issues anyone experienced. We used Uber for most excursions as parking downtown is minimal (and expensive). We had fun downtown, took a tour of the city, saw a concert and races, and literally hung out together! We would definitely stay again.

Maintenance was lacking! The bath tube was clogged, nothing like taking a shower with sewer water backing up. If it was me I would have who ever looked over the property, find a new job! For the kind of money we had to pay for this property. To come into the house and find this was pretty disgusting! Wasn’t too happy with the neighborhood .
The aesthetic Inside were really nice, it’s just a wrong location! The kitchen faucet was practically falling off. I guess that’s what really was noticeable right off the bat and then the bathtub put it over the edge as far as. Never again. Too much money. Need to spend a little time paying attention to detail. People were friendly but that only goes so far.

The house is great - beautifully decorated, very clean, and fully stocked. The rooftop was a bonus. The house is in a sketchy neighborhood but the house is gated (although the gate was broken while we were there). Literally less than a 5 minute drive to Nashville/Broadway.

If you are looking for something close to downtown, this is quick drive. It’s perfect as a crash pad for groups. However, if you are concerned about staying in a safe neighborhood, do a quick Google search about this area. We were not victims of crime during our trip, but just some general information.
According to the ESTA site is says,
“Top 10 Most Dangerous Places in Nashville
1. Talbot’s Corner
This is an East Nashville neighborhood that got its town name from Thomas Talbot, a patriarch and Revolutionary War veteran. This community houses 12,018 people, where the total crime rate is 329% greater than the national average.
Violent crimes alone in Talbot's Corner are 604% greater than the national average. No telling this is one of Nashville neighborhoods to avoid!
Talbot's Corner gives visitors a 1 in 10 chance of becoming victims of crime.”
****Upon entering the “secured parking lot”, the parking lot gate was being held open by bungee cords- someone had rammed into it and it was completely destroyed. Another review mentioned the same thing in January 2022 so I’m not sure if this happens all the time…we made a call to Tom and left a voicemail. He called us back very quickly said that he wasn’t aware- he found out that it had recently been destroyed by a garbage truck and the HOA was disputing responsibility. Not sure if this was true or not but he was very nice and quick to return our call and explain the situation. He gave us the code to a secured lot across the street and told us we could park in there.
The cleanliness was not horrible but not super clean by any means. They definitely need to use a new cleaning service. The primary shower had pink grime and looked like it hadn’t be cleaned in quite some time. The hood fan in the kitchen had a lot of dust on it as well as a missing piece of moulding above it. The fridge had frozen meat in it which tells me that the cleaners didn’t open the fridge before our arrival…The floors did not not look like they were mopped or vacuumed- leaving bare feet black. The pull out sofa was identical to sleeping on bare mattress springs. Clean towels were left but not body sized so they were pretty tiny for the average sized adult. Overall, the layout was not a great place for a family to stay- but great for a group.

Perfect Girls Weekend
We stayed at the Duke house for a bachelorette party. It was perfect for all of our needs. Check in and check out was seamless, the house was clean and fit the description perfectly. It is also only about a 10 min drive to most Nashville activities! We would stay again!

Perfect location. All Ubers/Lyfts were about a 8-10 minute ride to Broadway. Close to a Kroger to get food delivered and a coffee shop to pick up. Definitely would stay here again!

I was a bit nervous booking this house because I wasn’t familiar with the area, but it ended up being the perfect bachelorette house. It was great for set up, they even had hooks on the wall that made putting up a balloon display even easier. The house was easy for Ubers and lyfts to find us and the neighbors were very friendly.
We slept 8 comfortably and could have even fit a few more.

Awesome!
We stayed for a low key bachelorette weekend. It was awesome. The apartment is beautiful and a quick Uber to downtown! Highly recommended!

PROPERTY NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS
The property is nicely decorated. However there are some improvements that are needed. Property was not clean enough. Walls and baseboards need cleaning desperately. There were mystery stains on the water closet wall of the main bedroom and a stain on the comforter of the second bedroom. They were not very generous with paper towels or garbage bags or any of the little amenities needed. Property is not located in the best area. Gunshots could be heard at night. Located in a questionable neighborhood. Parking lot gates remained open the entire trip.

The home was clean and spacious for a friends getaway. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had about the property. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to soak up the sunshine on the rooftop. Uber was a great way to get to and from downtown. It was an amazing vacation!!

The street noise is fairly loud and starts early morning. When we first pulled up it was dark and the route took us down a busy, slightly shady road. In the morning, if you go the other direction, the neighborhood is a mix of older and new spots, and quite charming. There is a great little coffee shop in quick walking distance. The place could have been cleaner. It wasn't dirty but didn't meet my cleanliness standards. The alarm on the gate was constantly going off and you could hear it when the lights went out. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Took us 15 minutes to go everywhere...downtown, Broadway, and 12 South so thought the location was good.

Great getaway spot for a group of girlfriends. We had issues with the WiFi and the owner was so prompt in responding and incredibly accommodating. Very short Uber ride to the center of downtown Nashville. I would rent this place again if I was in Nashville.
