Enjoy wonderful ocean views from the second floor and roof-top decks, second floor master bedroom and the second floor great room! This professionally-decorated home features an elevator, separate game room with ping pong table, TV and board games, home audio system with individual room controls and more. Plus, hardwood flooring, three master suites (each with king-size bed, TV/DVD and ceiling fans), ground level changing room with shower .. and more. There is also first floor living room with wet bar and 42-inch LCD TV and Blu-ray. The second floor consists of an open kitchen with granite countertops, and opens to a dining room and great room with gas fireplace. There is a 47-inch LCD TV and Blu-ray in the great room. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more.6 TVs (including one Netflix-capable with guest's own account), 2 DVDs, 2 Blu-rays, central audio system (connects w/ BlueTooth), board games, gas fireplace, elevator, game room (w/ ping pong table), gas grill, Wifi. Plus, bicycles, beach chairs and beach toys (courtesy items not guaranteed). Things to know Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great location and setup of the house. Several maintenance issues and responsiveness was very poor. Went whole week without a dishwasher, despite numerous calls and emails.

Plenty of space for big family groups and nice and clean. Fantastic location for getting to the beach and restaurants in town. Space was great for our 18 month old to wander around.

This home was wonderful. Just a few houses from the beach, and great decks, even if you are too lazy to walk the short distance. The owners seemed to think of everything, and had everything you would need for your beach trip.
