Located in the picturesque Sugar Hill/ Easton/Franconia area, often referred to as the "Quite Side" of the White Mountains, this home offers spectacular views of Cannon Mountain which is only minutes away. There is an abundance of outdoor activities surrounding the property. If you are into hiking, skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking, road biking, kayaking, tennis, horseback riding and even soaring in gliders, this is the spot for you. There are backcountry / glade, cross country, and snow shoeing trails less than a mile up the road with breath taking views. The main living area is on the second floor to maximize the views and includes a great room, kitchen, guest bath, laundry, guest bedroom with queen bed, master bedroom with queen bed and bath. On the first floor you will find another guest room with queen bed, game room with large screen TV and another guest bath. This home is new construction 2020.

This home is in a great location. The views of the mountains and the leaves changing color were just unbeatable! Very quiet area.
The house is squeaky clean! Quality furniture that is comfortable, including the beds.
My husband enjoyed going fly fishing in the surrounding area.
We would stay in this home again if we vacationed in this area.

All the amenities our family needed. Large closet with games for all ages. Tons of great DVDs for a rainy day. Close to Lost River, Cannon, Santas Village. Internet is Satellite. May be an issue if needed for work. But we were able to use it for our purposes. Great Laundry area and basement area for kids play. Wonderfully decorated. Large bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms with lots of storage.

We had a wonderful week in Easton. I appreciated how clean the home was, how comfortable it was, and loved the location with the amazing mountain views. It was centrally located near the bigger towns, which made it easy to get to the grocery store and restaurants. We appreciated the book of dining recommendations and instructions on the house. We took many hikes and bike rides in the surrounding area, it was so much fun! The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were dark and quiet at night, which helped us all to sleep. We did not want to leave, it truly felt like home. We hope to come back next year! Thank you so much!

The view of the mountains alone was spectacular.
And then there is the peace and quiet. On a clear night you can see millions of stars.
But beyond the view, the house was fantastic. New, very clean, wonderfully decorated, well-appointed and completely comfortable and functional.
The hosts have thought of everything.
Location was easy access to the Franconia Notch State Park, hiking, biking and swimming.
Great local places to eat in Franconia, Sugar Hill, Littleton and Bethlehem.
We made a reservation for next year! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your amazing home.

This was our second trip here and we had yet another great experience. The property is well maintained, clean and spacious. There are lots of board games to choose from. The kids love playing foosball downstairs. The view of Cannon Mountain is incredible to wake up to. We got 7-10" of snowfall overnight and the road and driveway were plowed by 9am the following morning. It's becoming a pattern that there's a big snowstorm the night before we plan to go to Polly's Pancakes for breakfast the following day!

The house was absolutely perfectly equipped, everything was there … that’s rare to have that attention to detail.
It’s was very comfortable, spacious, easy to live in. Location was superb, amazing views from the deck, it was very quiet (despite the proximity to a road), everything in easy reach.
The only minor comment (and this may be irrelevant to some), is that the WiFi is fairly weak by modern standards, it was consistent and fine for access and browsing, but impossible to stream any content - the bandwidth wasn’t there unfortunately. This isn’t a priority for some, but if it is it may be a problem?

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house was well stocked, very clean and comfortable. As fellow hikers, we loved all the added touches around the house and the view from the deck. Close to all of our favorite spots in the whites, including Polly’s Pancakes. Comfy bed and space to stay! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and didn’t want to leave. The house was perfect with beautiful Mountain View’s and in a peaceful area with barely any traffic. We had a great time. The property was clean and just as pictured in the listing. The location was peaceful and the views were awesome. We used the well-supplied kitchen every day. The beds were comfy. The decor of the home was lovely. We loved sitting on the deck each morning and evening to see that perfect mountain view. The night time sky was wonderful. We used the binoculars every chance we got! We even saw a mama bear and her 3 cubs passing through the front of the property. The location was great, especially for visiting the Franconia Notch area. Plenty of hiking options nearby. One thing we felt would have been a plus is A/C. The first half of the trip was hot and humid and a little rough. The second half was much cooler and comfortable. The 1st floor of the home was cool no matter what the temp outside was. We also thought it would have been nice to have the TV on the 2nd floor main living area. While some of us were preparing meals in the kitchen, the person who wanted to watch a little TV had to go downstairs by himself. The wifi was on the slower side, but you are in the mountains.

Peace and quiet
Superb location to all the hiking in the area and only 20 minutes to Littleton shops and Shaws, Walmart. Short drive to Franconia village, too. Very private and quiet with a gorgeous view. Very clean upon arrival with friendly and prompt communication from the owner. Easy keyless entry. Saw a black bear and female moose while driving near the property. Cooked all of our meals at the property with full kitchen supplies. Plenty of hot water for showering and great to have a washer and dryer. No AC in this unusual heat wave was challenging and internet is very slow, but, it was nice to just unplug for the week and spend most of our time hiking. Location can’t be beat and we fell in love with the town of Easton. Amazing vacation!

Gorgeous views of Cannon Mountain
We had an amazing stay here!! The house is perfectly situated in a secluded area with a panoramic view of Cannon Mountain and Mt Lafayette. The property is new construction, well furnished, comfortable and has everything you'll need. Plenty of space for everyone with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Plenty of storage space and a large mudroom area with 2 full racks of hangers for coats and snowpants. Lots of board games and movies to choose from, and endless hours of foosball.
We went snowboarding at Cannon twice. It's a 15 minute drive through the woods, so its easy to get there before opening and be among the first on the lifts. The location is great - about 20 minutes between both Lincoln and Littleton, so its easy to go shopping and find something to eat in the area.
We hiked the Cooley-Jericho trails which were VERY well marked and easy-to-moderate, on account of the snow covering the trails. Really great views at some points along the way and we didn't even make it all the way up to the summit!
There was a snowstorm during our stay with about 8-10" of snow. The snowplows were out continuously cleaning the roads so we felt comfortable in our truck braving the weather and the dirt roads to get breakfast at Polly's Pancakes which is a short drive away and a MUST DO if you're in the area (just call ahead to get on the waitlist, it gets busy).
After the storm, we hiked about 1/2 mile to the Bronson Conservation area to go sledding on a wide open field with panoramic views of the mountains and Sugar Hill area. Best sledding of our life.
We are very happy to have chosen to stay here and had a perfect experience. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with our family!!

We all loved the house! It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We had 6 people and there was plenty of room to spread out. We skied at Loon for 3 days. The drive to Loon was about a half hour.

Lovely, as always
This was our 2nd stay at this gem of a property, and it was just as lovely as the first time. We were there for an amazing 20”+ snowfall. The views, the skiing, the clean house, the well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, dvds, and games. We love it here. We just booked a 3rd weekend :)

The absolute best
I want to give a bad review, so that no one else will stay here and we can book it for every ski weekend. But I just can't do that. This place is special. The location is amazing. You are looking right at Cannon and are perched on a hill where you feel on top of the world. The back roads to get to the property, add to its charm. The house is new new new. Everything is clean. Beds are comfy. There are throw blankets. It's warm. Huge area for ski boots/gear/etc. There are spices and the necessities for cooking/baking. Games galore, laundry, tons of room for family and friends. We had an amazing time (we even weathered quite a storm up there) - and we'll be back in just a few weekends. THANK YOU THANK YOU.

A slice of paradise in The White Mountains
By the far the most beautiful place we have stayed at on VRBO. The house had everything we could have asked for: large bedrooms with there own bathroom; huge living area that connects the kitchen, dining and sitting area perfectly; tv room complete with fooze ball table; two levels of living space and a view that is simply specactular. Waking up each morning and watchin the snow fall with White Mountains in the background was a great way to start our day. The house is thoughtfully decorated, immaculately clean and has every creature comfort we could have asked for. The Sugar Hill area is beautiful with it's rolling hills and fields and slow-pace, which helped us unplug and recharge for the week. Littleton, NH is 20 minutes away that has everthing you need for your stay and The Mount Washington Hotel is 30 minutes away which made for a nice night having dinner there. We brought our dog, who loved this place as much as we did. There is nothing I would change about this place, and I can seriously say that. Can't wait to visit again soon.

Our family of 3 + dog had a wonderful weeklong stay at this beautiful home. We have rented through VRBO multiple times and this has to be the cleanest home we have rented. We ate multiple lunches and dinners out on the porch with an amazing view of the mountains and we’re impressed by the amount of stuff to do nearby. We took many hikes near the house and brought paddle boards to use at echo lake which was right nearby. We also picked up take out multiple times in nearby Littleton. Our only issue was that the internet was a little spotty at times due to some storms in the area but the house had lots of board games and dvds that filled the time we were not comfortable going out. The house really was equipped with everything we could need and we would definitely consider returning in the future and recommending to friends. The owners were very responsive and made great recommendations for hikes and other activities nearby.
