Look out the side windows and enjoy a beautiful view of Founders Park. It features a full size bed, out of suite private bath (directly across the hall), TV, mini fridge, closet and control of it's own heat/AC. Each suite at the Melrose features smart home technology. Smart TV's offer free access to Hulu Live or the ability to sign into your favorite streaming service. State of the art Wifi beacons provide 1000/1000 mbps internet connection through out the entire house and exterior porches. Smart locks ensure you'll always have access without having to tote around a set of keys! Guests also have complete control of the temperature within their suite. Guest Access: This is a 2nd floor unit that requires stairs for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out. ***Please note, guests that did NOT book via Airbnb will need to complete our Rental Agreement prior to receiving their check-in instructions*** Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. Walk through Bradley Beach and Avon-By-The-Sea until you reach the Belmar Bridge as you enter Belmar. Every community and every beach offers a different flavor and there are an infinite amount of places to explore. Getting Around: We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away. We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry. Other Things to Note: Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM. We guarantee beach passes to all of our guests. Passes are sold at cost for $7/person/day and must be paid for with cash. Please request your beach passes at least 1 day in advance of arrival, so that we can leave them in your room prior to check-in. We have a strictly enforced "No Pets" policy.
