If you prefer the tranquility of the sound, the private pier is a 3 minute walk down the street. Your choice of activities include kayaking, fishing, watching the wildlife, or enjoying the breathtaking sunset. This home has 5 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and its own walkout balcony. Key features include the following: Private Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor shower, Gas Grill, Rec Room Shopping is minutes away in addition to all the historic charm of Corolla Village and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. This location is ideal for you and your family to enjoy a coastal vacation the way it was meant to be. Ground Level: A fully enclosed garage enters into the recreation room. The rec. room has a queen sleeper sofa, TV, mini kitchenette, and hall bath with shower. This floor also has a bedroom with a King Bed. Both the rec room and the bedroom have a patio that allows access to the private pool, hot tub and outdoor shower. Mid Level: This level features three master suites and a laundry room. Suite 1 has a King bed, TV, custom bath with shower, and a private deck. Suite 2 has two twin beds, TV, bath with tub & shower, and a private deck. The children’s suite has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle, a single chair sleeper (no linens for chair sleeper), bath with shower, TV, and a private deck. Top Level: The open concept custom kitchen, dining area and great room form the focal point for gathering and socializing in this spectacular home. The kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with bar seating for 3, and extra storage stocked with all the amenities of home. There is an eight foot dining table with chairs for 6 and a bench to accommodate up to 4 more. The great room offers a TV and fireplace with lots of comfortable seating for family and friends. The front-side deck off the great room boasts amazing views of the sun setting over the sound. The living space also extends seamlessly onto a spacious back-side deck overlooking the private pool. The main master suite is located on this level and offers a King bed, custom bathroom with dual basin sinks, shower, TV, and a private deck allowing for incredible views of the sunset. Amenities: Private unheated Pool, Hot Tub, Rec Room, 5 Bedroom Suites, smart TV in Every Room, High Speed WiFi. Beach Access: 950 Yards (Oceanside Parking Available at Whalehead Beach for Closer Access). THINGS TO KNOW For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st. The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: Active surveillance camera is located outside of the home and will be turned off during your stay. It is a Ring camera located on the front door facing outward. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The location and home layout was great. Pool and pool area was dirty. One bathroom smelled so bad we had to run out to the store to get supplies to fumigate it. Master bathroom shower drain was clogged. Called Vacassa the managers of the property and they responded quickly that they would contact the local team. This was on Saturday. Sent a couple messages after asking about when they would address the drain. No one called or showed until Thursday. So had only 2 days of using the shower. If owner of property hired a new management company we would return as the location and layout was great for our large family.

It was a very nice house. Plenty of room. I like that Vacasa provides sheets and towels. The kitchen lacked an oven mitt and dish clothes. Not sure if it is normal to bring your own. The stove did not work great, two burners wouldn’t stay on. The coffee maker rubber seal fell off twice - coffee leaked. It was a bit far from the beach - two babies to carry gets tough.

The weather didn’t cooperate- mostly rain ! The house is decorated nicely. Lots of stairs - pool on first floor of course but the kitchen is on 3 rd floor We enjoyed the backyard pool great for the kids.

The house is beautiful but it could really use a good cleaning. Two of the bathrooms had feces on the toilets and the showers didn't appear to be clean as they had hair in them. The hot tub worked spiraticly, sometimes the jets worked sometimes they didn't. Overall we enjoyed the house although it is at least a 20 minute walk to the beach versus the 10 minute walk it states.

This is a fabulous beach house. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The neighborhood is nice as well. We loved the pool, the hot tub, the decks, the lounge areas, the kayaks, the grill, and the beautiful sunset. We had a wonderful, dream vacation at this spectacular sunset beach house.

When we reached the property, we noticed that it was full of insects, bugs, spider webs from outside. We ignored that but when we stepped in, there were bugs and pests everywhere, crawling from the walls, ceilings, dead insects on the floor. When we called them, they had a very cold reaction and just causally mentioned that it is the season of insects. Upon complaining and escalating for several hours, they sent power wash and pest control after 2 days. That left the swimming pool unusable for the next 2 days as chemicals and dead insects fell in the water. They were very cold and unresponsive to the whole situation and were unwilling to work with us on a mutual resolution. Vacasa’s customer service was the worst ever I have faced in a hospitality industry. Logan Mace, April etc. they were all unwilling to help us and tried to ignore our calls multiple times. They even hung up the call on us when were talking about the complaints. Never ever use vacasa again!!!

We loved the house. We loved the decore and the comfortable rooms. We did not like that the workmen started working before 7 AM everyday including Sunday(they are not supposed to start before 8 on Sunday and before 7 on the other days. Some of our guests were awakened by nailing. We were disappointed that there was no ice and water dispenser.
