Disappointing

Very near to SS2 morning market variety of food stalls nearby . Everything is fun and great

The room has a noisy sound from ELCB. The whole 2 night I cannot sleep . Regret cannot change rooms because they only have 2 Family rooms. 1 has already been booked by someone. Room 102 .I hope the hotel management will take notes about the issue seriously damaging the hotel business. I will come back again to stay if the issue can be settled. I really like the Hotel location.

Adequate for my basic needs

Efficient air conditioning. Dispensers with shampoo and body wash Efficient shower with lots of hot water Hairdryer Comfortable bed. Clean sheets Good location for food

Very noisy some nights Small window is extra cost Entitled to kettle but have to ask for it Hanging space not adequate for longish stay No bedside light. Other lights too bright for comfort

Extremely bad experience with poor hygiene

The location is convenient.

The rooms were extremely dirty and you can even see the previous tenant's hairs all around the bedsheets. My whole family feel itchy after stay 1 night there. Besides that, the pillow and the bed are very poor, until you can't sleep whole night.

Good Budget Accommodation for Event at 3 Damansara Mall

1. Affordable budget hotel at SS2 Petaling Jaya with security. 2. A few convenience stores are available in the neighborhood. 3. Good room size. Acceptable room soundproof level. Have space to perform prayer (Kiblat direction provided). 4. Acceptable clean room with comfy bed, pillow, and mattresses. 5. Acceptable clean bathroom & toilet. Good water heater shower and towel provided. 6. Hot water & cold water dispensers are available on each floor for drinking. 7. In our room got an iron too.

1. Located in the compact area of SS2. Hard to find car parking. Not hotel false. 2. Not suitable for the elderly and disabled (No lift). No comment (Get what you paid). 3. Halal restaurants are a bit hard to find in the neighborhood. But got McD there.

I guess it's clean.

The Aircon unit was noisy. Worse of all was the fragrance they apply in the room. It was too heavy until it gives me a headache. I would prefer a bar of soap than the the lotion type. It felt too light and difficult to wash off.

simple bedroom.. just nice for people just wanna stay a night for rest..

Friendliness of staff.

Emptying of trash in the room and to make sure that room is clean and provided with toilet paper before the guest checks in. Staff is not knowledgeable about public transport other than taxi and grab.
