Location and layout.
Could have benefitted with a spruce up. Also instructions are not fully up to date- car mobile is now a fob. Also mentions about a Nspresso machine but no longer there. Could benefit from some more plates and dishes.

I like everything about the property

Great location within walking distance to small supermarket and restaurants. Good public transport links (tram). Easy to find from motorway.
I found the procedure to gain entry to the apartment quite complicated.

Good location, well furnished, comfortable beds.
Only one key for two people, which was annoying. Can’t open windows (though there is an air conditioner for the lounge/kitchen). Only tiny towel rail in bathroom- need more rails!

It was very dirty and very smelly. Especially the toilet.

Lovely apartment and great to be able to self cater as at a work conference. Great facilities and very quiet.
A bit of a faff getting in and out with the codes, door fobs and parking garage.

Lovely clean apartment, codes and gates were easy to work, great little place would definitely stay again

Difficult, and complicated, to get in!! Shower was either burning hot or freezing.
