Location is brilliant, tram stop, shop and ATM right outside the apartment building.
Apartment is modern and spacious.
Left my purse in the apartment and Host was able to give me access after check in to retrieve my purse.
Difficult to check in on the first day, wasn’t given clear instructions so it was confusing on how to gain access into the building/room.
No onsite parking, have to park in the Lowry car park which is very expensive!

The Location mainly as we were there for a graduation on media city. Apartment was clean spacious and all the facilities we needed were there, it was warm and cosy, there was no noise from neighbours, I felt very safe. I can’t fault the place .
There was nothing I didn’t like.

Location was brilliant. Spacious apartment. Tram stop right outside. Lovely area.
I wasn’t sent code for the keys before I got there and had to ring a couple of times before I got it. One of the beds broke on the first night and kitchen chair was broken. Messaged owner and someone was supposed to come to fix it but no one came.

The location is Ideal, tram stop right at your front door and great views over looking old trafford! Staff were easy enough to get hold of once we arrived, although there was some confusion over who would be sending us the access information. Great Value for what youre getting and would consider again if cleanliness improves!
We had to clean the apartment when we first arrived, there was an awful lot of dust and dirt in the bedrooms, esspecially under the beds. There was an opened box of condoms left lying under the bed aswell which defintly wasnt appreciated. Apart from the cleanliness amd general appearance of the place (it 100% is in need of redecorating/ a new coat of paint as the walls are skuffed marked and stained) everything else was great.

Great location - very convenient with a tram stop outside, spacious apartment and has pretty much everything you need. Nice views of the city and Old Trafford which was a good surprise. Keys were easy to find and store and the host seemed pleasant enough over email.
The flat didn’t feel very clean - we found a fork with food left on it in the cutlery drawer and the sofa in the living room was stained. Upon arrival, we found one of the legs for the bed in the smaller of the two bedrooms was missing and it had collapsed forward so it wasn’t a comfortable two nights’ sleep. There is no parking at the property so we had to pay an extra £10 and walk for 15 minutes back to the flat once we’d finally found somewhere to park. Even with the heating on the flat did seem on the chillier side, the WiFi was incredibly slow and we found some broken ornaments in a drawer in the kitchen - just adding to the feeling it seemed to be maintained on a budget and really not cleaned particularly well. For the price I paid I wouldn’t have expected these things to be an issue.

Great location and spacious accommodation. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with a decent sized living space too.
Could have done with some glasses in the kitchen, but that was the only thing we lacked.

The living room space was nice and it had a lovely view of the riverside.
Upon arrival ( host knew it advice what time we would be arriving between 3pm to 4pm) no code was given to the lock box until I called him - he said he would said it that day before we arrived).
From the photos it seems like the entrance to the living room space is open plan but there is a hallway and one leads to the living room. The door to that was shut tight and we were unable to open it ( no lock inside or out). After lengthy calls to Sam he send he would send someone over who arrived 2 hours later. She eventually forced open the door. Hairs in the bathroom - cleaner used tissue roll and water to remove the hairs ( I was disgusted) and when I asked can she use cleaning products and give the bathroom another clean she said she had no cleaning products and would be back on Monday ( we will be gone by then)- she also was a native French speaker and was unable to understand English only simple words. No hot water just cold water to shower with. It says free toiletries/ hairdryer/ ironing facilities provided - none of this, just tissue rolls, and half used hand wash and no ironing board or hairdryer although promised on the facilities. He also denied they wrote this and when I send the screenshot of everything provided, I did not hear back from them. Building itself it predominately used by students/ young people, our second night there was an argument between a couple until 3am/4am in the morning they were sitting outside our door, and it was quite scary, and it seemed like it would turn physical. Location tricky, Ubers / Bolts would either go to the Michigan Avenue or to the main road where the trams are so a lot of going back and forth. No hangers - so bring some with you if you do decide to choose this property. Communication from the hosts was so disappointing! I wouldn't book this place again and shouldn't have done so in the beginning. Also, two ashtrays in living room, one with ashes.

We found the apartment to be in a fantastic area with lots of surrounding shops. We also thought that the apartment was spacious and modern. The kitchen already possessed ample spices and sauces which helped towards our cooking. The bed was also comfortable.
It was noted that check in was supposed to be at 3pm. However, this was not I at all true. Upon arrival, I had to wait in the freezing cold with loads of bags whilst trying to get ahold of the property owner. Eventually when I get ahold of the owner on the phone, I was told to wait for him to contact me in five minutes. Unfortunately, I had to wait much longer for a response. After being left in the cold for a duration of time, I was fortunate that someone vacated the building so I could get in. I was then left waiting in reception for the owner to eventually turn up. Whilst the owner was kind and welcoming, I was disappointed to be told the apartment had not yet been cleaned. I understand that this was no fault of the owner due to the previous tenant taking the keycard, albeit, it did impact my stay. I was allowed into the property at around 5:30pm by the owner, however, this was whilst the cleaning was being done. Before he left, he informed me that he could not give me the keycard until around 8pm, meaning I was unable to leave the apartment until then as otherwise I would be locked out. This was inconvenient as I had to pick my partner up from the airport shortly after and I would have preferred to get my shopping out of the way. Despite my complicated arrival, the cleanliness was of an adequate level. However, I would suggest that some attention is payed towards keeping the crockery better maintained. Additionally, be warned that there is no hot water. Even though we eventually worked out the timer power saving system, the water was not even hot. This proved to be problematic as we could not shower or wash up the dishes to a hygienic standard. Overall, the apartment did have its problems but if these issue were to be resolved- I think the apartment would truly be ‘exclusive’.

The location is great, the apartment is modern and comfortable.
The apartment is in need of some maintenance. It would also be helpful if there is a file to assist with instructions such as the power saving unit on the geyser, (no hot water in the morning until we managed to figure out the power saving system) the heaters in the bedrooms, etc. It is a lovely modern apartment, but it needs some TLC. Finer details are lacking, such as a hairdryer and clothes hangers in the bedrooms and glassware and cooking utensils in the kitchen.

Great view of Manchester United stadium from corner view. very spacious and clean.
Awful experience. We arrived at the set time of 3pm where we were told previously there would be keys within a lockbox on location. However this needed a 4 digit code to unlock. After 3 hours of no answer on the number given and no response to email, we had to contact Booking.com directly who were a great help and provided us with the hope of being placed in a nearby apartment if the apartment owners did not respond to them either. After half an hour of waiting and another call to Booking.com, I received a number from a completely different number which apologised (not enough considering the fact we had to wait outside freezing for hours), and then told us a number for the lockbox. You can guess it, it was the wrong number and did not open! After further calls they called back to say it is the right pin and luckily it was only due to us guessing the code correctly (1 number different) that we were able to get in! Finally in, we’re told there may not be hot water, was told to give it 20 minutes and it would work, however spent the 2 night stay with no hot water and cold showers. Lastly, we had someone walk in at 4am waking us all up, door must be locked by hand once inside (we were not told this, surprise). Massive waste of £300, do not recommend. Very sad as was looking forward to staying here but it ruined our trip.

the apartment itself is stunning and clean in a really good location
there was no hot water and wasn’t getting much help from the owners. we had 2 hours of hot water on the second day. this really impacted on our weekend away as it’s in the middle of winter and wasn’t expecting not to have hot water and have to take cold showers and for the price that we paid for the apartment the least we would expect is hot water.

The location was good in being close to the theatre venue we were visiting and good transportation into central Manchester.
The standard of hygiene, decor and elements of safety were poor. Examples of such included broken glass ornaments, a partially displaced live electrical outlet, stained bed linen, a stained bath towel, a stained setee and general unsightly damage to interior paintwork.
Even gaining access to the property was problematical as I did not receive the relevant identity or combination code for the key lock-box in advance, and spent over an hour fruitlessly trying to get a response from the owner to retrieve it. Eventually I did receive assistance from Booking.com to resolve this issue.

The apartment was a good size and in a nice block with a Sainsbury on the ground floor. Right opposite a Tram stop and a short walk to the Quay with plenty of bars and restaurants.
On arrival we had still not received the final check in/key collection details. We were due to check in at 3.00pm but couldn't get the owner on the phone until nearly 3.30. We were then told that the apartment still needed to be cleaned and the cleaner was on the way. The cleaner arrived and was lovely, very helpful and did a great job with minimum fuss and disruption. She even went down to the Sainsbury on the ground floor to get us toilet rolls as there were none in the apartment.
For a two bedroom apartment that could sleep 4 in the bedrooms and another person on the sofa the amount of crockery/cutlery provided was poor. 3 mugs and about only 2 of each various sized plates. Luckily there were only 2 of us most of the time but we did have a couple of guests and there were not enough glasses to go around.
View from the lounge was either an office block or a building site but this couldn't be helped. Also parking nearby was very difficult.

The apartment is great and is very cheap , would definitely recommend 100%
Hot water is not always on have to switch a switch to turn it on which lasts for 2 hours, but except from that the apartment is perfect.
