The bed was really big and comfortable. Clean rooms.

They say they have breakfast available but it is not true. We had an issue with that and the staff didn't even listen to us as they don't speak fluent English, he called the manager who was more than rude, not even letting us talk. All that by phone cause the manager never appeared on the place. We ask the money back for the next days and he denied so we left anyways the next day. They also say having room service which is completely false. The room was clean but no clean towels available, the TV was not working and there is no hot water, after 1min it's over. We complained but as the staff doesn't speak in English there was nothing we could do. Internet is neither working, all the guests were complaining about the same but they didn't care that much. The location is pretty bad, in the middle of nowhere, far from the beach and a bumpy path to access. The conclusion is I would definitely not recommend this place.

A little gem, a little out of the main hustle and bustle of Canggu. Delightful spot! Clean, fabulous pool. Quiet. A short scooter ride to all you need. Highly recommend if you're looking for something off the slightly beaten track. Staff were great!

It is relatively new so looks alright although some things (like lamp in room) was already broken. The staff at the property (when they are there) are friendly.

It’s supposed to be close to the sea but it’s hard to reach it through building work. The manager is just in it for the money. When we arrived we had to wait for 39 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in. I got no apology. When I asked for a few hours late check out I had to pay!

It's very nice and comfortable, a very quite location in the countryside and very near to the beaches. It was very relaxing and tranquil

Good place to stay, scooter rental worked very smooth and also everything was more or less clean and staff helpful.

Unfortunately room didnt match the pictures, which was fine in the end. Sheets have been washed but were still a little dirty.

The kitchen dishware and supplies/equipment could be updated. The property next door played loud music on Saturday night, plus you could hear the goings on due to its close proximity.

the bed sheets and towels were incredibly dirty. When I asked the staff for new ones, they showed me that the freshly washed ones were also stained. very unhygienic!

The design of the property is nice, and easy on the eyes. The owner is nice, he actually moved a WIFI router so the internet connection reaches my room. Some staffs are nice and helpful. Situated in a pretty rural area, so you can pass by a lot of cultural events.

It would've been a 10/10 if my room wasn't just beside the staff's pantry room. Chatting, smoking, and worst of all the screeching sound of the door, even after I told them kindly about it, giving a little bit of peace is not the priority. Constructions beside the property also disturb the quiet atmosphere, one or two times even after 9 PM. Even with the moving of WIFI router, the internet doesn't substantially improve and the TV in the room often has system errors. You can actually see the beach from the rooftop, it's unfortunate that, at this time, no walking-distance beach (because of the construction), so the nearest beach can only be reached with a motorbike. The smell of trash burning is not pleasant as well. needs improvements on trash management. The microwave is still have problems from the beginning of my stay 'till the end.

I'm legitimately confused how there are so many good reviews about this hotel. 1. There is no front desk where you can find an employee if you need anything. There was one guy who was sometimes sitting outside, but was nowhere to be found at others. He was also very unhelpful and couldn't even help us call a taxi (as there were no Grabs available). 2. As pretty as the location was... this hotel was so secluded that there was literally nothing around. Nothing to do, nowhere to eat, and nothing in walking distance. We also had to go past a guard to get to the property, which felt strange. 3. There is a beach in view but it's not a swimming beach and there's no easy path there. 4. There's no privacy in the rooms. Our room had an entire glass wall that lead to the entrance, so everybody could look in. We had to keep the curtains closed like a cave to get any privacy. 5. The place felt a lot more like a hostel than a hotel Needless to say... we finally found a taxi (it took a few hours of reaching out to different companies online) and switched to a different hotel. And of course, we couldn't even locate the employee to return the key to so we had to leave it in the room and message the hotel through the Booking app.
