There were 12 of us- all were accommodated very comfortably. Plenty of basic supplies and extra blankets. The fire pit and hot tub were a hit. Plenty of space in a comfy setting. Heated floors in the master bath were awesome!

House was situated in a valley and the view out the back deck was amazing. House was nice inside and out although there were dead (and live) ladybugs everywhere outside the deck making it difficult to use. Grill needs replaced too. Really bad condition and slow to heat.

The location is very private and a short drive away from lots of activities and attractions. During our stay, we found pieces broken off the dishwasher, the oven did not work and the ice maker was hit-or-miss. In addition, there were really only 2 showers for the entire group as one was located in the master bathroom - with lukewarm water. There were a lot of little things that could have been much better. We did enjoy our time together but likely would not return to this destination.

I rented this property for me and some family members to stay in so we could attend a family wedding. The place was overall was clean it fit all 18 of us comfortably. Very quiet area, the outside deck area after breakfast taken in the amazing views was realaxing what a great little area for people to sit and chit chat. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The house is stocked well with basics plates cups etc. Going up the street/gravel driveway was tricky and bumpy make sure you have some ort of suv/truck type of car but we got used to it.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful views, the hot tub, pool and ping pong table. Large kitchen with plenty of seating for meals. Located conveniently to the surrounding towns to visit. Will definitely return when we plan another mountain vacation.

They answered a couple of email questions promptly before arriving. The first thing I noticed upon arrival was the cleanliness. The rooms were a good size and everything was very clean!. Everything worked very well except the hot water. When we got there the hot water was barely warm. We were staying from Friday through Sunday morning. I sent a message Saturday morning at 11am about the hot water not being hot. They still have not returned message. The hot water was our only problem.

This property was absolutely wonderful and exceeded expectations. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. Ample parking for multiple family vehicles. The decks have a great view of the mountain and large area for guests. And a GAS grill that was ready to use with propane! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!!

They were great. We did have one issue with the door knob to the deck from the main floor. We called it in but no one showed up to fix it. Luckily there was always someone at the place. Other than that, they were always quick to answer emails.

The upstairs kitchen/great rooms were spacious and enjoyable, including fireplace and deck with great Mountain Views. There was also a nice large living area in the basement. Plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the back yard area is fenced which is also a nice feature. We had a great time and would definitely come back! The only mishap was an alarm that kept going off, but I was able to reach someone easily and get it taken care of. Service is terrible (unsurprising up in the mountains) but the WiFi worked well.

The home was in good condition and everything worked well with the exception of the dish washer. My only honest comment is that the non cotton sheets are not very comfortable.

We had 14 family members ranging in age from 1 to 70. So many different places to hangout. Decks on 2 floors, fire pit, 2 family rooms and a large kitchen. The house was very clean and well equipped. The only issue we has was the last turn coming to the house as 3 of 4 cars had wheels spinning upon our arrival. You just need to swing wide and we had no problem. Property Management team gets 5+ stars. They were so helpful from the time we booked til we were leaving the driveway. Highly recommend this Beautiful home.

Rockdale Lodge is a fantastic place to stay. There are plenty of rooms so that everyone could spread out. We had several teenagers who loved the pool table and hot tub. We were only there 2 nights and spent the full day at the Great Smoky Mountain RR. Wish we had been able to stay a couple more nights. The gravel drive (Primrose) is pretty steep and rough in places. That was the only thing that was a surprise.

We've (8 guys) been going to the mountains of Eastern TN/Western NC on a late summer/early fall golf trip for nearly 20 years and this is the best house we've stayed in. It had more than enough beds for all of us. Even though most of our time was spent playing golf and traveling to several different courses in the area, we did enjoy the spacious back deck one evening where we grilled steaks and enjoyed be beautiful view of the mountain vistas. Some of the guys enjoyed the hot tub and pool table as well. Just a great house with all the amenities!

What a beautiful home! It is just as described. There was a group of 12 of us and there was room to spare. We were in town for a long weekend and this was perfect. You are within close distance to a lot of hiking and amazing BBQ. The views are breathtaking. I will say that the road/driveway up to the house is gravel and steep in places so beware if you are driving a lower to the ground vehicle. Also renters should know that there are minimal "leftover" items. Bring (or stop and grab) extra garbage bags/toilet paper/paper towels etc if you feel you'll need them. There are a couple dishwasher pods and there was detergent in the washers dispenser.

Near Beautiful Bryson City
Lovely home. Great setup. Beautiful views. However, outside photo is 'dated', power & water were out when we arrived so cleaning crew didn't finish and told us there was a vacuum downstairs if we wanted. They didn't clean garbage out of sink & dishwasher had to be run. Garbage was still there from previous renter, not enough toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags supplied. Grill was left dirty. Back door lock was different. Thought it was broken. Finally figured out. We understand an act of God (power outage) can't be avoided. But to not come back and leave enough supplies and finish up cleaning was not proper.
