Our lovely apartment is located in a quite neighborhood set away from the main roads with tons of privacy while still having the luxury of being just a short walk to both the ocean and sound. The apartment is +/- 750 Sq.Ft and offers a master sized bedroom with a king sized bed, a full bathroom, an open floor plan living room with beautiful sectional and 65 inch TV that offers Netflix, a full eat in kitchen, outdoor shower, and a private roof top deck with seating! This deck also has ocean views (please note that we are not ocean front but not far at all!). We look forward to welcoming you to your beach home for this season... See You Soon! Unfortunately the cleaning company we use does not allow late checkouts we are so sorry! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: How far is the beach? The beach is just a few blocks from the house so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street especially in the summer. There are several free parking beach accesses within a two minute drive. Also, we provide two beach chairs and one beach umbrella so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car! Is There A Grill? Unfortunately no. The Outer Banks can often times be windy and each year many people on the beach lose their homes due to grill related house fires. For this reason and safety reasons we do not have a grill at our home. :( What Complimentary Items Are Included? - 1 roll of paper towels - 2 rolls of toilet paper - 1 bag per trash can - 4 K-Cups - Some cream and sugar - Shampoo - Conditioner - Body Wash - Hand Soap - 2 Dishwasher Pods - Dish Soap and Sponge - Blow Dryer - Ironing Board and Iron - Dishes, Cookware and Dishwasher - 2 Beach Chairs (You will need to bring your own beach towels) What Linens Are Included? - 1 set of King Size Sheets - 4 Bath Towels - 4 Washcloths - 1 Hand Towel - 1 Kitchen Towel - 1 Bath Mat Anything else you may need outside of the complimentary items provided will need to be brought by the guest. Does the fireplace work? Unfortunately it does not we are so sorry for any inconvenience but we have to keep in disconnected to do the potential fire hazard it can cause. Is there a washer/dryer? This location does not have a washer/dryer but there is a cleaner just minutes away. We recommend dropping off clothes and picking them up at the cleaners for convince. What Should We Bring? - Additional coffee and paper products that you may need - Any additional items you may need that we do not provide Are there any restaurants within walking distance? Trio Wine Bar is within walking distance of our home. It offers delicious food, excellent wine, beer, and cheese selection, and live music nightly! There are also many OBX well known restaurants within a five minute drive from the home including: Barefoot Bernies, Black Pelican, and Hurricane Mos. Do you have a tea pot? Unfortunately No :/ But the Keurig can brew a cup of hot water for you to steep tea in! This apartment is one of two in the same building. It is completely private to you and you will have your own private entrance on the top floor, and private roof top deck. We are available to text, email or call throughout the day with any issues or questions. We will communicate detailed description on how to get into the space and where to park after booking. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. All lots are around 15k - 20k sq.ft. so you have very nice spacing between homes. Its extremely cozy and you will love all of the natural lighting you get in the home. All the basics are available a taxi, car, bike and even Uber. No other notes.
