Ubicación inmejorable. Pudimos dejar el coche en un parking público relativamente cerca. Amplitud del apartamento. Buena opción para ir solo adultos sin problemas de movilidad. Desaconsejo para niños.
La entrada y accesibilidad. Íbamos con un bebé, carrito y dos niñas. La puerta de acceso mide 60 cm. El escalón de entrada es más alto de lo común. El apartamento está entre plantas, x lo que las escaleras que tienen la misma anchura que la puerta son las de planta y media. Muy incómodo en general, pero para ir con niños, una odisea. El apartamento podría estar más limpio, debajo de las camas no se había barrido desde hacía tiempo...

Las escaleras muy estrechas y empinadas, no aptas para mucha gente, además en las explicaciones se obvia por completo, fue una sorpresa desagradable.

Location and gorgeous view. Useful to have a washing machine. Air con worked. A hairdryer with diffusor. Large fridge and freezer.
The stairs to access the property are very steep and hard to climb. The handrail is rectangular shaped and hard to hold, a round one would be better. The stairs up to the top bedroom are dangerous, far too steep with narrow steps and coming down them was scary (would not pass building regulations in the UK and not convinced they would pass in Spain either). Photo in the info does show the stairs in the background but impossible to see how steep. Not suitable for small children or anyone with mobility problems or vertigo. The top bathroom needed cleaning properly, grout was black in places and there were hair clips belonging to previous customers in a caddy which had not been cleaned out. Other bedroom had no blind or curtain at the very small window which meant that light came in very early and if anyone was hanging washing out on the terrace opposite they would be able to see straight in.

Fantastic location with beautiful views across the sea and 30 steps from the beach. Even though above a restaurant it wasn't too noisy. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Host Matteo was at hand for a few queries which he resolved quickly. A/C in all rooms. There were many restaurants to chose from right on the doorstep all of a great standard and price.
Not suitable for those with any mobility issues as the stairs are steep. Basic kitchen facilities but adequate for light meals although it does need a kettle.

The location is great, the view is excellent, great for a chill stay, you can hear the waves at night.
The bathroom in one of the rooms is in the room practically, you can see the toilet from the bed :) also, the stairs ar very abrupt but they are all the same in those buldings.

Location was perfect
Stairs very steep and narrow. No sheets provided for sofa beds until second night. No instructions on how to work the shower. Stairlift was just in the way.

The host was very helpful. He came in short notice, picked us from the street, helped us with bags. When there was check out, he was waiting outside in the rain, even though it was us who was late.
The apartment has a great location! Just next to everything there is in the town. I enjoyed the window view.
It is quite spacious, especially for 2 persons. Air conditioning in each room. Reasonable living area. Pretty comfortable beds.
One bedroom is combined with a shower (well OK) and a toiled (not OK).
There are towels and toilet paper and that's pretty much it. No paper towels, no shampoo, from what I recall no soap. Few bags of tea would be nice too. No kettle (!). No oven. The gas cooker was somewhat difficult to operate, maybe because it was not used for a while. I couldn't make one TV set work. No internet coverage in one bedroom.
Stairs are super narrow. The door is so narrow I couldn't even get a pizza box through it :D
