Loved the location and the views,
Has everything you need for a longer term stay
And the price was pretty good.
Outside rubbish bins were overflowing even when we arrive.
Knives and glasses left in dishwasher by previous guests didn’t look like they had been washed.
Shower floor and bath were extremely slippery.

Very clean and well presented. Easy stroll downhill to the town centre.
Beds were a bit uncomfortable probably could be upgraded.

Great location, excellent kitchen, very quaint cottage and nice view.
The master bed was terribly uncomfortable, my husband and I didn’t sleep a wink, which affected our family holiday. The mattress sagged and squeaked so badly, there was no support, I resorted to sleeping on the trundle bed in my son’s room. A new mattress wound make an incredible difference to this property.
The other big problem was the heating system, the central heating didn’t circulate to the bedrooms - which were FREEZING! The beds only had very thin blankets and no spares. We reached out to the property manager, asking for blankets and/or heating to be fixed but because we were there over the weekend, didn’t get a reply until it was too late.

Large, spacious property with great facilities (good central heating, because it was very cold!). great views, very easy communication with management staff
did have an issue with the linen as I believe the cleaner had left before she had finished- beds were unmade (linen for beds was just on the bed or floor) & one bed had no linen. it was resolved quickly though and staff were very prompt and easy to deal with to fix the issue.

Very clean and spacious.
Extra blankets. Clothes horse for drying clothes inside. Construction nearby - blocked access road and an eye sore.

We really enjoyed our stay. House was lovely with everything we needed for our weekend away. The deck and views were amazing. A bottle of wine left for us was a nice touch.
The lamp in the single bedroom sounded/looked like it had an electrical fault and could not be used. We have unplugged it.

Location was perfect. Could have been more mirrors as there were 5 of us trying to use the two mirrors. Lighting wasn't great in the bathroom

This is such a lovely house, set in a beautiful location with amazing and inspiring views. The house had everything we needed and was hard to justify heading out at all. Healesville itself has so much to do and see, we could have spent more time and will definately come back.
Nothing really, however the driveway is a bit intimidating and is as steep as i have ever attempted. Not that there is anything that could be done about this anyway, as it is obviously hte standard in the area.

The property was lovely and the deck and views were amazing. The layout was good and the kitchen well equipped. Central heating enabled the house to be warmed quickly.
The opportunity to walk into town is not really feasible, particularly when dark. The driveway a little tricky, but much easier to maneuver once the garage was open.

Beautiful views and deck, friendly birds, yummy citrus trees, very clean, light and spacious, well heated, great to have access to laundry.
I just needed a a clothes horse or line to dry washing but no biggy as used a couple of chairs.

Beautiful view, well maintained property which has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Outside bin was already full when we arrived - though guests are asked to put the bin out, they clearly don’t always do it which leaves a problem for guests arriving just after bin night. Someone from the property should ensure they are out to be emptied.

The views were amazing and the house was very spacious and comfortable. The house provided exactly what we needed for the pre-wedding prep and stunning photos
the bags of dirty laundry from the last guests to stay were left on the deck. The outside bins were completely full when we arrived (luckily we noticed it was bin night so put them out so we were able to use them). the bathrooms had pink mould in the sinks and there was a bit of dust on the floors. there were also ants in the kitchen. it wasn’t the end of the world but just wanted to note this.

The house was beautiful - amazing views, comfortable, clean, great facilities - everything you need!
Filling out the bond form was a pain, i couldn't fill it out on my phone and we had to go into the office to fill it out. We didn't get the key code. In this day and age everything should be done online - i don't have a printer or scanner. We needed more blankets and toilet paper - 4 rolls for 6 people didn't go far

The property was located very close to town centre. It has a very good view and the place is very bright.
The house was well presented and equipped with all our need. Kitchenware are all in good quality and condition.
The shower head in the main bath is not working. And the driveway was a bit steep.
The trundle bed was not set up on the our first night which was a little bit disappointed but manager send the cleaner to set up in next morning.

The water pressure in the main bathroom needs to be fixed. No Wifi available.
