Great location and overall stay was positive. Beds could use updating as one has huge sink hole in center of it. Also the vent running outside all the time was a little hard to hear the ocean fully but we just pretended it’s sound was the ocean. Everything else went fine.

Could have used instructions onhow to open key box. A box of facial tissues would have been really nice. I was surprised at how much cleaning was requested. Running the dishwasher i can understand. But stripping the beds shouldn't have been requested

Large, clean unit. Gorgeous cliff views of the ocean and beach. Beautiful sunsets from the hottub on the deck. Lovely ocean breeze through the entire unit. Well stocked kitchen. Super easy check in process.

My wife and I rented this space for our weekend getaway to Lincoln City. It was clean and close to all the spots we wanted to visit. We had one issue when the oven decided to have an issue (the control panel went bad and it started beeping every 30 seconds) They were able to send out a repair guy within the hour but since the control panel was bad they had to unplug the oven so we were stuck with using the microwave for the weekend. Other than that the space was amazing and we loved it. Spa on the deck was perfect! We do plan to come back!!! Thank you!!

We were so surprised how perfect this little gem was for us. It’s just right for two couples. We found our spot and we’ll definitely be coming back. It was so clean and the view was breathtaking! We also loved that we were right across from the fitness room and just a block away from beach access. Thank you for sharing this gem!!!

We have stayed at this complex several times, this unit was great as well. The new couch is super comfy. Only things that could change would be maybe a little bigger table, it seats 4, but is a little narrow and the bed was super comfy, but the frame would squeak with every move. Will definitely be coming back though!!

The apartment was very nice and clean with a gorgeous view of the ocean and its own gorgeous hot tub. The rest of the property like the indoor pool and the indoor hot tub and fitness center needs some TLC and some cleaning.

I have stayed at these condos several times over the past years. They have always been well kept. Unfortunately that was not the case with this unit. The couch was terrible. Broken down, and literally falling apart. The beds were uncomfortable and reeked of sweat. The amenities were sub par. The water backs up and comes up through the kitchen sink when you run the washing machine. The front door handle is a lever and only works while pulling upward. The back door is sticky - jammed with sand? And nearly impossible to open. The hangers in the closet WIRE. For what this unit rents for these issues are absolutely unacceptable. My advice: STEER CLEAR OF THIS UNIT.

We have stayed in this building before and it is the perfect location, ocean views and sounds. Close to stores and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Great hot tub, it does take 2 people to handle the cover. We loved the laminate flooring. It says no dogs, but there was a lot of dog hair on the floor and attached to the bottom of chair legs. Our friends traveling with us do not have pets inside, that’s why I chose a no pet unit. The couch looks like it should have been replaced a year ago, it did have a couple of throw blankets on it, but we did not feel comfortable using it. We voiced our concerns to the management and we told a new couch has been ordered but won’t be in the unit for awhile. They did compensate us and assured us they would pass our concerns on to the cleaning crew. Most of our food froze in the refrigerator the 1st day, we turned the temp it down. Perhaps the previous resident turned it up? The small, thin bathroom towels definitely need to be replaced. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. But could use some drinking glasses and a new toaster. Once a few items are replaced this will be an amazing property.

Cozy corner unit with 2 master suites was the perfect get away for our 4 night stay. We had the best time and this condo had everything we needed to make our anniversary trip special! The beautiful views are amazing!

Well-stocked, clean, great views, amazing location that is close to everything. Hot tub stays between 102 and 103, so a little toasty, and noise from upstairs unit can be fairly audible at times. Otherwise, flawless!

The owners have upgraded the dilapidated couch and the unit overall is beautiful and relaxing. Once again enjoyed the hot tub, and the kitchen has everything one needs.

I have addressed this to Vacasa as well. The condo was beautiful, spacious, high ceilings, open concept, nicely furnished. The view and hot tub were great, easy access to the beach a few blocks away. Improvement needed - new high quality bedding and towels. The sheets were thin and falling off the bed, top sheet didn't match, duvet was very small and there were no pillow cases, only shams from the duvet. Towels were a bit thin. Toaster needs replacing, burns one side of the bread and doesn't toast at all on the other side We requested a second key and were told it would be addressed but we did not get one or even an explanations of why not.

Excellent location to view beautiful sunsets. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to local restaurants. Only minor issue was main bathroom fan didn’t work. Cleaning was excellent, but product used had a strong fragrance which was a bit much for someone with asthma when we first arrived. Would definitely stay again at this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were incredible. Access to the beach was easy, the bakery in town had great coffee and muffins. The beds were comfortable. One negative: the noise from the pool exhaust was really disappointing. It should have been mentioned in the add. I wouldn’t have chosen that spot if I had known.
