A lovely, well equipped holiday cottage. In a great location for all amenities. It is an ideal flat location for my elderly parents to enjoy.

Parking outside was limited for 2 hours.

Loved it. Position superb, homely ambience, high standard of decor, cleanliness.
Adored the light fittings.
Bonus that there was oil, vinegar, tea, sugar etc.
Minor but didn't like the wine glasses.
Also not much "spare" cutlery has we been more people for longer. As it was not a problem

Comfy, clean, every amenity you could need. The cottage was very cosy and well decorated. The house keeper obviously kept everything in top condition. The owner left a lovely gift of Prosecco for us, and was available to answer any questions we had.
There was nothing I disliked, just that I couldn’t stay longer!

Great house for a break, we had a wonderful time. Clean and comfortable, well equipped. Near to the beach and lots of nice pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended

Location. It was equipped with everything you needed. Warm.
It was advertised as having a garden but it was really only a courtyard. This was important to us as we had a dog that needed a patch of grass.

Fab property in the heart of Aldenburgh, short walking distance to local shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach. The host was amazing and very welcoming, leaving us a bottle of fizz, a cake and a birthday card for my husband’s special birthday.

Excellent location for early morning swim and also the visit other places on the coast

We loved that the host had thought of everything! There was a file of suggestions of things to do, a thoughtful bottle of prosecco and biscuits, everything was clean. The location is perfect, being right on the high street was easy and gorgeous.
Couldn't say anything we didn't like, we could have had slightly better weather in August but thats really it!

The location was great as right on the High Street. A lovely little cottage that felt happy and homely. Needed couple more comfy chairs in the living room as if six of us had stayed, there are only two sofas to sit on in comfort.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like… but did feel it could do with a fresh coat of paint as a little tired but still a lovely place. Annoying that tv was only showing Now tv and only a few channels. Couldn’t get normal uk channels. Front door tricky as was sticking a lot and had to push hard to open and slam hard to shut securely. A little bench to sit on at the front to watch passers by would be fabulous…. Loved sitting out there…. On our camping chairs. 🤗. A fabulous few nights away and would happily stay again …

perfect location for the beach and the lovely high street. Only cottage still available so paid the high price as the whole country is on holiday ; thank goodness the cottage was worth it :-)
