Great condo, 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City. Very clean.

Overall we had a great experience! Check in was great, and easy to do. We travelled with a 9,9 & 5 yr old and it was seamless. House was clean and ready to be stayed in. There did seem to be some maybe water damage in the master bedroom window that was visible from inside. We are silver dollar city season pass holders and the close location made it really easy to come and go from the park, but it was also a reasonable drive to some of the local hot spots for food. Overall we would stay here again and were very happy with the experience.

This rental was very clean and nice. Beautiful view from back deck!! I received a call from Sunset Realty rep the morning we were to arrive. The reservation process was very professional with emails along the way for confirmation and detailed instructions. This is on the main level no stairs. I could hear people walking above but that’s normal and it was by not bad. So close to Silver Dollar City which was nice as this was one of our destinations planned for the trip. Pool was closed (which is nothing against Sunset Realty at all) but opened back up and we were able to enjoy more than once. I would stay again.

Great spot. We have stayed here a number of times. Everything is wonderful. It was a very busy weekend with a lot of families ( which is awesome ). No ones fault other than contruction I guess, but it sounds like the people above are coming through the floor! Not their fault as they have young kids who are excited to be on vacation and have no idea it is that loud below. Seems like normal walking can be heard. All good! We will be back!

Fantastic view of both the valley, lake, and (for me) most importantly the park!Tried to write down a few small issues that should be addressed soon to upkeep this rental, but if Im ever visiting SDC again, this is definitely the place I'd choose!

The unit is a walk-in level condo which we REALLY appreciate. It was clean and ready for our arrival. Like with any property, there are some maintenance items which I would address, but nothing which hindered our stay. The community pool was nice and had an AMAZING sunset view! I/We would definitely stay here again!

Nice property. No surprises. Property was clean and had a great view. Wish showers were a little larger but that would not keep us from coming back. We would stay here again. Would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Amazing view, especially for Fall color and lake view. The condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the large deck. Location was convenient to all of Branson restaurants, shows and shopping. Definitely would choose booking with Sunset again. Recommend White River Fish House and Paula Deen Family Restaurant.

Condo was stocked and ready when we arrived. View from back porch was a valley with beautiful trees, limited view of lake and Silver Dollar City Roller Coaster in the distance. Condo had plenty of room except 2nd shower was extra small.

This is a very nice and clean condo, the only thing I would suggest is if you plan on cooking you should bring cookware. The kitchen is so gorgeous you just might want to use it and the nice dining table. We could hear and watch the roller coaster from our balcony!

First, the condo was very nice. We have stayed at the Cliffs before, right next to Silver Dollar City which we frequent. For the most part, the condo was clean although there were a few dishes in the cabinets that were not completely clean. The hassle was the management company. The rent was not out of line for the condo, but then there was a service fee of $300. Unfortunately, I booked too late or I would have looked elsewhere. Then I received a three page rental agreement, which I have never had before anywhere I stayed. Then over the next couple weeks, I received a dozen emails with various instructions or promotions. Then there was the threats of various charges. If you don't empty the trash, it's a $100 fine. If you don't do the dishes, it's a $100 fine. If you don't do this or that, it's a $100 fine. And don't contact us on off-hours unless it's an absolute emergency, or it's a $100 fine. Whether all these policies were the management company or the owner, but I would look elsewhere.

Quiet, Clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change, the amount of towels and washcloths. There are 5 people in our family. There are only 6 washcloths. I had to do a load of washcloths/towels everyday. I did not enjoy that.

We really liked the property including the layout and and how big it was. I would have given it a 5, except that it rained when we were there and some of the windows leaked as well as the sliding door. It got our suitcases and belongings wet. After looking closer it's clear that this unit has had water damage for awhile when looking at the window and door moldings. I hope they get them fixed. It looks like they tried with some recent caulking but failed. Accordingly, I'm also worried about mold in the walls as a result. Otherwise we loved the property.

We orginally had FF 6, top floor. So we didn't have to listen to people running above us. However, the day after paying for and making the reservation, Donna called me to tell me there has been a mix up and we had to take FF room 3. Which of course meant for two.mornings we woke at 6 am mind you to a kid running around above us. We also had qater damage I reported saturday morning from the storm on friday night and still have not heard from anyone about that.
