This fully-air-conditioned 3 bedroom Penthouse includes 2 bathrooms with shower a spacious combined Kitchen / Living / Dining and a washroom. Complementing this property one can find a large terrace that is furnished with Jacuzzi, garden furniture, sunbeds and gas Bbq. Lovely and quite neighborhood, near shops, restaurants, bus stops and Malta’s sandy beaches. This brand new modern apartment is located in a block of self-catering holiday apartments. Apart from being fully air-conditioned, this Penthouse is also fully equipped and furnished, including washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, pots, pans ,etc etc Free Wifi and Tv channels are also included in the price. Penthouse is on the 4th floor. We will meet you on your arrival and if you like we can give you tips of what and when to see, so you make the most out of your holiday. We would also give you our contact numbers. Mellieħa is one of the northernmost villages of the Maltese islands and overlooks Malta’s largest sandy beach called Mellieħa Bay, also known as Ghadira. Mellieha has a lovely character and picturesque scenes that provide you with a view of life in Malta as well as offering you all amenities for a comfortable holiday. It’s just a 5- to 10-minute drive away from Ċirkewwa, where you can easily hop on the ferry to Gozo. From the nearby bus stop one can board any bus to the main beaches, to Valletta, Mdina, Airport, Gozo and Comino ferry terminus, etc... Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week 200 Kwh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumptions for water, gas and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions: 0. 42c per Kwh for electricity and 8.60 € per cubic meter for water. The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month.
