Very clean and Comfortable

parking is a problem but we were lucky found parking right in front of the property.

Not recommending this property. Had very stressful 4 days. Right before my departure from home (3 hours from planned check in and 4 hours before my family is arriving) I received instructions for check in with different address. I was really schocked and spent another hour trying to reach "The right property group" that was managing the property. Their explanation was that the property I booked more then a month in advance is currently occupied but they give me substitude house if I agree (while not being able to see how it looks). I contacted booking.com, they told me they are gonna investigate what happened. So I got into my car with huge delay not knowing where me or my family are gonna sleep few next days! I made a quick stop at halfway to Luton to check emails and I received a substitute property from booking.com and right property group. I checked photos of both and decided to go with the right property group house since I alrdy paid non refundable booking and non refundable DAMAGE WAIVER (BIG MISTAKE). The property was fairly simmilar to the one I initialy paid for, location had pros and cons but little did I know that the day before we left we woke up into a very cold morning (btw my newphew is 6 month old) so before we left on a trip to London I called the right property group and explained that in the property there is no gas and the heating is not working. Later that day when we came back there was still no gas. I called them again and they said they will try to reach the owner and call back. Time went by and at 10 PM I was told they are not able to help me because it is too late but they will send someone next day! Great last 2 days ! Use only at own risk. Next time I will definately use property with more than 5 reviews of which 3 are fake....

Exceptionally nicely presented house, rooms all were good size, good cooking facilities, near to station, really pleasant modern atmosphere

The road is rather loud, ideally the front bedroom should have better noise insulation. Also the front door doesn't have an ability to lock from inside. Only 4 chairs for a family of 6, only 2 mugs and 3 bowls. No dustpan and brush available to sweep

I like the guy Tobi very helpful and nice, great guy.
