The staffs are helpful
Is not fully self check in nor self check out process. Me and my partner skin rashes badly after the stay. The bedsheets is not clean! Terrible experience.

The room is comfortable and not too small. The location is great! It’s near family mart, and few eateries.
Would be great if they provide lamp at area near the mirror to ease women to get ready :D

room is clean and tidy. Workers are professional and polite. the location is strategic, where surrounded by shops such as family mart, A&W, chinese restaurants, Old town white coffee and etc shops that is convinient for us by short walking distances to reach the shop lots.

Everthing it's good . but the customer service it not really friendly .
they ask me to pay 150$deposit and say I will get back after I check out (5working day ) , yes I admin I didn't give them right after I check out .
was given on 31th march , as I check out 4days ago . and after I provided them my bank account ... one week after , still haven't bill in so I ask them .. till now already 8days .. and still no ans .

Water heater was not functioning and we were not told about it upon check in. The Tv was not functioning. The toilet hole was clogged up. The receptionist was rude when questioned and refused to give a proper explanation. Overall stay was not comfortable.

They have very helpful staff to assist with customer’s issue. The hotel is clean and they have refrigerator, microwave and water dispenser (hot & cold).
Can hear morning prayer from inside of the room. It wasn’t loud but can hear when inside the hotel room. One of the socket located beside the bed was not functioning.
