I am upset at the failure to keep rooms safe.

I liked the price.

My door would not lock. The maintenance man came to look at my door while smoking a cigarette. He said it was fixed but when he left, the problem persisted. The reception desk said they could not give me a refund because I did not tell them within fifteen minutes of checking in.

convenient to go to wet and wild water park

was able to smoke on the balcony

Random people knocked on my door asking for money.a lot of flies in the room,room smell bad,tv didn’t have connection,tub had dirty water left behind,bathroom light was hanging by the sink,no phone in the room to call front desk,bed was hard….

I wouldn’t go back

the bathroom was disgusting and the entire room smelled weird

It was nasty my sheets were not clean the room was a bed with dirty sheets and a tv. My dogs didn't want to stay there and he charged extra for them. No one should have two stay in a place like that.

The staff is amazing but the hotel definitely needs some work and updates

The woman working the front desk is AMAZING. But the rooms and beds themselves are terrible; which of course is not her fault. The rooms are HUGE though.

The beds. They were HARD & you felt all the springs on them.

Please Do Not Book At This Hotel Worse Experience I’ve Ever Had , The Hotel Is Basically Ran Like A Housing Complex. You Can Tell People Lived There. There Were Bikes And Grills Out Back. Someone Even Had Plants Lined Around Their Room. There Were Rats Running Around Outside. The Worst Part Was Someone Knocked On My Room Door To Ask For A Cigarette. I Had My Daughter And My Husband With Me So It Was A Horrible Experience For Me

Price point . but you pay for what you get

Hotel was not all that clean, no Ice maker on property no ice bucket in room, no trash can in room. Floor was sweep but mush have use dirty mop water to mop it .lot of riff raff hanging around. Just did not feel safe.

The only great thing about this property was that it gave me and my daughter a place to sleep through the weekend.

First in foremost most let me just state that The pictures that are on the site are nothing compared to what you experience in real life also this property has more people living there then they have rooms available for rent, which makes the property look trashy. Then the front desk staff is rude after I checked the room and then relayed everything that I’m about to explain in this review to the front desk I was informed that they had no more available rooms to move me to then they stated that I could either go through booking to get my money back because there was nothing they could do so since I had already paid my money and it was a weekend for the kids we had to stick it out so I had to make the room livable for me and my family. Now the rooms smelled like smoke even though the rooms are supposed to be smoke-free. There were burn holes in the upholstery in the seating area and blankets, the bathroom was disgusting I had to purchase my own wipes Pine-Sol to give the room a good clean. I also had to purchase new sheets for the bedding there were wires and metal sticking out from the doors and from behind the televisions the AC barely worked it’s a good thing we had a busy schedule and was only in the room to sleep.
