The cleanliness was below standard. The shower did not have proper drainage resulting in flooding into the main house. A complaint was filed in Nov 21 and obviously ignored. The Holiday Collection management team was dismissive, unsympathetic and told us this was all livable and threatened us with legal action should we write a review. They have been horrible to deal with. We have had to file a complaint with the tribunal.

The property is really nicely updated and is really well serviced with general staples and comforts. The kids enjoyed the Kangaoroos in the garden and wildlife nearby. Location was an easy walk to the beach.

The bathroom floor floods from the shower and the tiles appear to fall away from the drain near the door which causes water to run outside bathroom.
