Restaurant was great food and service for both breakfast and dinner. Friendly and helpful staff.
Did not like leaking toilet and shower only dribbled in Room 1.

Room was a lot smaller than we thought for a superior room, we walked in straight into the bin and table when entering the room. We had to move around the door one at a time to get in. The bins in the bedroom and bathroom had not been emptied, there were no glasses to have a drink, there was a half drunk bottle of water on the tea/coffee tray, a dirty spoon on the table and the bed wasn't made properly. The shower base was dirty and small. The breakfast was nice and there was plenty to choose fr

Comfort and cleanliness. The only issue was that it took over 10 minutes for a staff member to arrive at check-in. This was around 6 pm so not an odd time to arrive. The lobby was quiet crowded with 6 people getting agitated by then. It appeared to be understaffing as there was large wake taking place and the only staff to be found were busy at the bar. It also would have been nice to have been greeted with an apology for keeping us waiting or asking if we had waited long. Otherwise excellent!

The food was great, the room was spacious and the location made it very easy to explore The Mumbles. The window frames need replacing but I imagine that the cost is prohibitive.

Hotel has very relaxed atmosphere and as indicated, accommodation and food offerings , first class. Only slight setback was that in a 2 night stay, Room was n`t tidied / towels replaced by oversight, altho` rectified immediately on request and complimentary drinks offered at dinner !

We had a nice comfortable room & the hotel had a very relaxed feel to it The food was excellent, great Breakfast & the Evening meals also very good (wonderful Steak) Eat twice in the evening, but some nights there was a function on, and not open to residents. There should be some tables available for Guests so you do not have to go back out. But overall great

An overnight stay, en route for a camping weekend.
I booked in at 6pm, luckily they had one room left.
Good location as just as you drive into Mumbles, I only walked as far as the restaurants on the seafront, which took about 10mins.
You can see the sea from the carpark.
A great spot and a great find.

Basic overnight stay, but everything was faultless.
If I HAD to be picky, the shower took me longer than it should have to work out how to use, and the price of a beer was high. But if you stay in a premium hotel you have to expect premium prices.

Check in straightforward. Staff very friendly especially evening staff in restaurant. Nice spacious room (superior), but annoying noise (pump? Boiler?) Finally got to sleep about 2am!

I stayed for 1 night but did not have dinner. I used to stay in numerous hotels before the pandemic - this was the first hotel stay for 3 years. Norton House exceeded my expectations.

It was OK, could do with a through re-fresh, all a bit tired. Carpets could do with a deep clean and regular vacuum, bathrooms needed replacement silicon sealant. Showers - disappointing flow. OK for an over night but maybe look elsewhere until renovated.

I wish my business trip had been longer so I could have spent more time at Norton House Hotel! This is my third stay here, my preferred accommodation when I visit Swansea. I arrived later and left early, but the room was excellent and the breakfast, verbprofessional. Plenty of choice for a small hotel. Thank you. Catered for me as a vegetarian well.

Little disappointed in quality and quantity of food provided at the evening meal.
