Kamaole Sands unit 6-302 was fully remodeled in September 2019, this bright one bedroom, two full bathroom retreat awaits you. Enjoy views of the Pacific from your third story lanai, freshly prepared meals in your fully stocked kitchen and a cool, comfortable evening thanks to the split a/c system. The space The custom designed bedroom provides natural light while maintaining privacy. Both the en suite and guest bathrooms have been constructed with ambiance and practicality in mind. The open air kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar with seating for four. The coastal themed living area includes a comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV, along with a custom built desk space. Step outside and enjoy morning coffee on your shaded, ocean view lanai. Located in the heart of South Kihei, Kamaole Sands sits just across the street from Kamaole Beach Park 3. This beach is known for excellent swimming, snorkeling and boogie boarding. The open, grassy knoll is a famous spot for captivating sunsets and seasonal whale watching. Catch an early morning boat ride to Molokini from Kihei Boat Ramp, a short walk from the complex. Also nearby you will find an array of restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and sports bars to catch your game. Just south, Wailea resort town boasts fine dining, luxury shops and world class golf courses. The TV in bedroom has been removed. Kamaole Sands is one of South Maui’s premiere resort communities, offering amenities such as beautifully landscaped grounds, multiple elevators, on-site activity concierge, fitness center, recreation area, BBQ grills, swimming pool and hot tub. Enjoy one of the world’s most coveted travel destinations in this professionally designed, well-appointed space. The complex is in the process of redoing the roofs on the buildings in the complex. This is going on from April to October of 2024. This building is scheduled to be done April of 2025 and will be closed during the time they are working on this building. There is a one time resort fee due upon arrival to the front office. Guest access There is an electronic keypad on the front door to enter the unit. We will send you the access code prior to your arrival. Check in time is 4:00 PM We are always available throughout your stay, so please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Had a wonderful stay. Condo was very clean and very well equipped. Kamaole Sands grounds are very well maintained. Pool area is great. We used communal barbecues a few time. They are cleaned every day and are immaculate. Would highly recommend.

This was the most well appointed condo we have ever stayed in. It is beautifully updated, extremely clean and has a lovely deck with a view of the ocean. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the king sized bed was so comfortable. Condo was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, nice open layout. Enjoyable stroll through the lush grounds to the beach across the street where we watched amazing sunsets every night. This was my family's 3rd condo rental on Maui, and, by far, the best. The location was great: far enough from the main areas of Kihei and Wailea to avoid too much traffic and too many pedestrians, yet close enough to walk or drive to everything we wanted to. The resort was well-maintained with an excellent layout. We were near the back of the resort but took only 5 minutes to walk to Kamaole III beach. The only negative we had about the resort was that there was only 1 pool for the large resort, It got a little crowded during peak hours but never ran out of poolside chairs. We also spent more time at the beach so this negative is relatively minor. The condo itself was IMMACULATE. The owners take great care of it and provide everything you need to stay for any length of time. The patio opens to the inside of the resort and has a decent view of the ocean and great views of the grounds and pool area. It was also a nice addition to have reserved parking in the same spot.
Maui is our go-to vacation spot and we will look into this condo again!

What an amazing vacation! My wife and I were in Maui for our 19th wedding anniversary and this property was perfect. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed (towels, chairs, cooler, etc) and the beaches were only a 3-4 minute walk away. Would definitely rent this unit again!

The property was beautiful and quiet. Perfect location and within walking distance to many restaurants. We had a little hiccup at check in since they didn’t have our reservation listed but I provided them with our confirmation email and they resolved the issue quickly.

If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient spot in Kihei, this was a great find and was just as described in the Vrbo listing. I stayed here for 5 nights with a friend for her birthday and we had a great stay, and would stay again.
The place was clean and pest free. The bed, sofa bed, and sheets were all very comfortable. My friend who opted to sleep on the sofa bed said it was the most comfortable sofa bed they’ve ever used. The air conditioning also worked great.
We had consistent 5G internet across the whole condo, apart from the smart TV that could only use 2G, so some newer streaming services ran slow.
The kitchen was fairly well stocked, with basic condiments, general cooking supplies, limited tupperware, and even a rice cooker.
The resort provided us at check-in with a coupon for 10% off at the Foodland grocery store up the street, which we gladly used.
The condo was nicely stocked with beach supplies: 4 big towels, 4 chairs (with cup holders and backpack straps for carrying), 2 umbrellas with screw-in sand anchors, a body board, some beach toys, and a backpack cooler. None of which was too hard to carry.
The resort fee on check-in was ~$40, which I think we got our worth out of.
For the girlies™: we saw no signs of suspicious devices in the unit during our stay. Powered devices included an outlet extender on the bedroom floor, NetGear WiFi extender in the hallway, motion-activated night lights in the restrooms, and some Arris devices under the TV for mes

It was exceptionally clean, we loved being able to use the beach gears that was provided, and it's right in front of the ocean so the view is amazing! This is a wonderful unit and location for families! Kamaole Sands had lots of families with kids playing out on the lawn and in the pool throughout the day. It had a fun and lively atmosphere. The condo was an easy walking distance to the park, beach and local restaurants…even for us with twin 3 year olds. Everything was exactly as pictured, clean and in great condition. The balcony had vies of the pool, gardens and ocean. Sunsets were amazing!
If you plan to cook, they have every kitchen tool, pot, and pan imaginable and the seasonings too (so annoying to buy salt and pepper while traveling lol).
There were plenty of towels, paper products, soap (dish, hand and body), shampoo and conditioner. The bed was firm, but very comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets. They even had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, a puddle jumper flap toe vest and sand toys!
Joe sent all of our reservations info well in advance and check-in and out was smooth and easy, we didn’t need a thing. There was a book with everything we needed to know, waters in the fridge and complementary cookies! It was heaven. We ABSOLUTELY recommend coming to Kamaole Sands and we hope to come back in the future. Thanks!

Very nice unit, clean and modern. Perfect location within the resort and Kamaole park and beach are directing across the street. We took the lawn chairs, beach towels and cooler provided and walked down to the park to watch the sunset every evening. Would stay here again!!

Joe's place is in the perfect location if you enjoy the Kihei/Wailea part of Maui. We were there for a long weekend getaway from the West Coast snow storms so really just wanted some sunny beaches which are either walking distance or a short car trip away. What really impressed us were the nice chairs, umbrella and little cooler backpack for enjoyable days at the beach. The interior of the condo is very nice with modern updated furniture and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is really nice and well stocked with nice pans/tools. Thanks for making our trip a great stay in Kihei!

This was our first time in Maui and we are very happy we picked this property! Great communication with the owner who was very accommodating. Very clean, modern, comfortable - and well equipped unit! Loved the extra touches provided like nice beach chairs, towels, cooler, boogie boards, etc. Although we didn’t cook (other then breakfast oatmeal) the kitchen had everything that could be needed.
Highly recommend this place and we would stay here again.
