A private deck leads around the pool area directly to the uncrowded beach for easy access and your own personal spot in paradise! When heading back from the beach, the private walkway features a rinse station for yourself and beach items. For further rinsing off, private outdoor showers are located on the ground floor. An outdoor gas grill is available for cooking the day's catch and enjoy dinner on the back patio pollywood dining table with chairs overlooking the beautiful ocean waves. Have a large family? Look into renting both sides of Linda's Lanai allowing for 10 bedrooms, sleeping 28 with 8 bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay at Linda's Lanei. Views from the bedrooms were terrific with excellent sunrise and sunset views. Kitchen is well stocked. Owners were very responsive with timely responses which were highly appreciated.

Like that location is beachfront. Problem was oven was dirty, we would not use it. Outdoor grill was dirty and we would not use that either. Kids enjoyed pool and hot tub.

Everything was nice. A few issues, the ice maker didn't work, the TVs in the bedrooms were not working, which was disappointing. I received a phone call on Friday, asking us to move our cars, which were parked on our side, I tried to return the call to voice mail but the mail box was full

Beautiful house right on the beach - the pool and hot tub were great, but the views of the ocean and the short walk down the steps to the beach were the best part. Property managers were great, answering all my questions in a timely manner. We underpacked towels and overpacked everything else! (It would be nice to have a couple of extra shower towels for the guests). There are a TON of beach and pool toys in a storage box by the pool, so we definitely overpacked on those. Very nicely built house layout - each of our family members wake up at different times in the morning and we each found that the house was very sound-proof compared to other rentals we've stayed in. Would definitely consider returning!

This house was perfect for our family. Hosts were very responsive and description is accurate. Could of had some additional tall chairs on the porch to be able to see the ocean. Pool was great!

We stayed here with family that included myself & my boyfriend (in our 50s), my elderly parents, my 2 adult daughters, and my 7-month-old granddaughter. The house worked out very well to accommodate us all. It was great that there was a king bedroom & bathroom on the main (first) floor, so my parents could stay on the level with the living room & kitchen, & less need to go up & down stairs. The A/C worked great, there are two zones… even the third floor bedroom stayed nice and cool. The kitchen was well-stocked & all bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The view from the balconies was fantastic, & the walk to the beach was short. It was great to have a landing/rest/storage spot along the way to leave the chairs & toys at night. The rinsing area was perfect. It was nice to have the pool too. It was kept clean and there were lots of pool toys. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The only “negatives,” in my opinion, are the lack of seating or shade options in the outdoor areas. The upstairs balconies are the only places from which there is a view of the ocean… but there is only a total of 4 chairs provided (at a 5 bedroom house that sleeps 12+ people.) The pool area has no shade at all… this year when my granddaughter was just a baby it was not terrible, but if I were watching bigger kids, it would’ve been impossible to sit out there for any length of time with no shade. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend this property.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean & welcoming with easy beach access and a great view from 3 balconies. The pool and hot tub were also great perks. Kitchen was well stocked and numerous bathrooms were well appreciated. We had some minor issues with appliances that we were able to resolve (coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher). It was a great week at the beach and we would definitely consider renting this place again.

Good getaway, with a great location to the beach. Dollar General so close which was great for those last minute things you need to pickup. Good space and layout for families. Only critiques/feedback: pool water was pretty chilly especially the first couple days, but I think the weather had been cold before we got there. Overall the house was clean, but it was the unseen things that were not - blender, cooking dishes, grill etc. And we wished we would have had access to a vacuum while we were there to clean sand - which would help keep the place cleaner in the long run too. Overall, everyone said we would come back again in a heartbeat!

This house is very nice and in a great location. Linda was way to work with and a gracious host. Our only issue would be that the kitchen inventory needs to be updated. We are a family that eats in and loves to cook. Highly recommend this house ! Thanks for the great vacation!

Great location on the beach. The pool and hot tub are icing on the cake. Great accommodation for immediate family with five bedrooms. Extended family stayed in Beaufort (brother lives there) and day tripped down. Worked perfectly.

This place was everything I was looking for. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfy. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much anything you might need. The pool and hot tub being right next to the beach was SO relaxing. It was so nice waking up in the morning and sitting on the porch watching the ocean. Amazing place to stay!

We visited EI with some of our dearest college friends, and their children. Our stay at Linda’s Lanai was perfect. We reserved the entire duplex. There was plenty of space, seating, room to dine. The pool and hot tub were great. The walk to the beach was easy. Everything was clean and the owners were AWESOME! They were so quick to respond, friendly and helpful. We will be back!

We had a great stay! The ocean front property was perfect for us! We had plenty of room for the 8 adults and 2 kids. The hot tub was great during the many cool days of our stay. The house had everything we needed. I would stay again.

We rented this wonderful home for a week for a family retreat. It was a really awesome unit; right on the beach, a small pool and hot tub shared with one other unit, five comfortable bedrooms, four fully functional baths, a fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer, beach wash off and shower and so much more. The hosts were great to work with too!

Being right on the beach could not have been any better! The views this house offers are just amazing. The kids loved spending time in the pool and hot tub especially after a long day on the beach! Jody and Melissa were great hosts and always answered in a timely manner. We had a great week and loved our vacation
