Welcome to the Deerview Chalet! This beautiful home boasts four large bedrooms and a loft (perfect for kids) as well as 3 large full bathrooms. The cozy waterfront home sits on 2 acres of forested land on Little St. Germain Lake and is the perfect place to make family memories. This home has a dock, kayaks & SUP's, floating water pad, and a firepit by the beautiful sandy shoreline, the perfect place to relax on a sunny afternoon or starry night. Take in the sunset and the wildlife while preparing meals on the gas grill, and then retreat indoors to play games with the family. You'll love it here! Nestledw on the banks of East Bay Little Saint Germain Lake, fishing, swimming, and water sports are all easily accessible from right outside your door. The town of St. Germain is nearby and offers some great local restaurants, shops, mini golf, and go-karts. The Northwoods area is also home to an extensive snowmobile trail system as well as ATV/UTV trails for fun and excitement throughout the year. You can connect to the famous Bo-Boen snowmobile trail right down the road from this home! Access to the trail system is right at the end of the driveway. This house was perfect for our family weekend getaway! There were 9 adults and one pre-teen and we had plenty of room - no one felt crowded or cramped, there were plenty of bathrooms to suit us all, and the kitchen table was large enough for all of us to sit around it and play games! Speaking of games - there was a shelf in the living room full of games and puzzles which we thought was awesome!
The house was very clean when we arrived, and it had all the necessities for us! The bathrooms were spacious, the bedrooms were huge, and the kitchen had plenty of room for us to move around when we were getting meals ready!
There were 5 or 6 deer that were in the yard off and on all weekend, and they were so fun to watch!
We really hope to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the lake, the fire pit, the deck, and the overall view! It’s a nice quiet location that we all really enjoyed!

We came for our yearly snowmobile trip
This year there was no snow.
The house was very nice and we had a great time hanging out playing games and just relaxing

Great property to stay at. Large home, plenty of beds, clean and cozy. Great kitchen to prepare meals in. Nice dock for lake access and a nice fire pit area to enjoy. Local wildlife are also very friendly as is the property hosts. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

There were even wildlife visitors daily that didn’t mind us being there and photographing them!

Thanks for a terrific long weekend getaway! The house was super clean and comfortable. The yard was private and has a great fire pit area. We enjoyed the lake and also going into St Germain for lunch. We would definitely recommend this cottage. Thanks again!

We had a great time at this property. It was very roomy and well equipped both inside and out. We would definitely come back and were all wishing we had booked a couple more days!

We enjoyed our stay very much at Deerview. The hill to the lake was a little hard for my husband and I who are older, but no problem for the rest of our family. It was very spacious to accommodate us and our two daughters, their husbands, and our four grandchildren . A few problems were the refrigerator was missing a rack that made one large door shelf unusable and one bathroom shower door was hard to slide. Overall very nice place.

Spiral staircase to upstairs was tough but we saw it on listing. Upstairs had a walk through loft into another room which wasn’t ideal but lots of sleeping spots. Would consider booking again.

Great cabin on Little St. Germain
Loved this property! Great for 2 families. Loved that it had 3 bathrooms with showers. Kitchen was super spacious and the ice machine was a bonus! The bay was great for waterskiing, tubing, paddleboarding and kayaking. Nice firepit area overlooking the lake. We had a wonderful week!

Second Visit
Thai was our second stay, and we hope there will be more opportunities to spend time at this beautiful property in the future. We spent everyday on the lake kayaking, paddle boarding, and boating. We had game nights around the large table, had ice cream at Cathy’s, and went for bike rides on the easy to access bike paths in St Germain. Everything we needed to prepare family dinners was provided, and we again appreciated the ice maker built built into the kitchen design. Also appreciated, the quick responses when we had questions.

Had fun
No complaints other than it was cold in there until the next morning. Furnace ran nonstop. Also the pans were real bad to cook on. Other than that. Had a blast. Beds were real comfy. Forgot to check what kind of bed was in the master bedroom. Back felt great after sleeping in it. Thank you again. We're already talking about coming back

We have stayed at many different rentals. This rental was great! Our family came up the day after Christmas to enjoy the winter wonderland here in St Germain. The bedrooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. Three full baths! The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you need (they even brought over a rolling pin so we could roll out our gingerbread cookies for the grandkids to decorate). There was games and coloring books for the kids. Fans in each bedroom which was nice as noise maker. Fireplace is beautiful with plenty of dry wood. We enjoyed ice skating on the lake and sledding down the little hills in the yard. We had deer come up to the back door almost every day. The grandkids loved it. We enjoyed our stay immensely!
