The drive to Disney wasent bad. Traffic could get a little lengthy. The place was clean, the heater on the pool was perfect for the kids. We came to celebrate our kids bdays and Christmas. I wouldn't consider it luxury but it was clean, nice, and comftorable. Would def stay again.

Kazan was a wonderful and responsive host! Having a house with access to the double garage was a deciding factor with our house selection since we have pricey bikes. This is hard to find.

Lets get the bad out of the way. I don't like having a thermostat that I cannot control. Sure I had some control but wasn't able to lower less than 72°. After bargaining back and forth I was met in the middle and they lowered the temp to 70°. I was asking for 68° and was denied. This thermostat is controlled by the property manager via the internet. Their rebuttal is pointless and it will fall on my deaf ears as I am a HVAC technician. Don't tell me it will cause the condenser to freeze up when the ambient is at 74°
The traffic in this gated community moves very quickly. The owner and property manager unfortunately can not control this.
The house was absolutely spotless and had no odors. As a guy that travels frequently I find this hard to find. Either it smells dirty or like Febreze. The cleaning staff does an amazing job at this property.
The pool was also clean. We frequent this area and I've never had a pool this well maintained.
The kitchen was adequately stocked. The beds weren't my cup of tea but I am Sleep Number biased.
The owner is a peach and was very easy to communicate with. We had a situation arise and she was quick to squash it out.
I would not stay here again simply because of the thermostat issue. We were here for a week and 70° for this fatboy is just too hot for sleeping. The jokes on them because I sweat like a pig in a blanket at night. Have fun washing them sheets.
If you're comfortable with 72° you will absolutely love this place.

When I tried to get information on my stay, VRBO said I had no trip. I was able to contact a rep who was kind enough to give me the address and owners info 3 days before we checked into our property. I contacted the owner, by phone, for entry information into her home. We have stayed in the area before so was familiar with the protocol. Not sure what happened on VRBO end and MY Trip plan but it was not helpful. So glad I could make contact with the owner of our property. Our stay at her property was wonderful!

Villa is listed as luxury. Not really how I would describe it. Sagging sofa, broken clothes maiden, one tea spoon, mixed pottery dated furnishings and bathrooms, not what I would describe as luxury.
Communication was good with owners, check in easy and neighbour hood was convenient.
About 40 min drive to Disney parks, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by.
I would give this property an 3 star rating overall.

Stayed here recently with family and had a brilliant time. Villa is excellent and in a great situation. Great view watching the golfers and sunsets. Gated community which is excellent and very safe. House has everything you would want though a little bit more utensils would be beneficial in the kitchen. The only other gripe I had was there was quite a few bugs in the pool each morning which I know is normal but seemed more than there should be. However I think all was required was to fix the screen as there were a few holes in it and also some gaps between screen joining and the ground. So as I say easily fixed. . One other thing I would recommend is maybe leave some milk , water, bread and maybe coffee on arrival. We were badly delayed and didn’t arrive until 3 in the morning and Walmart is no longer 24hr so were completely stuck after a very long flight. But these are very small gripes. Having owned a property on Hemingway for 15 years until a few years ago we were not sure what to expect on our return as we love the development and surrounding area. It’s near enough to Disney but away from the madness so you get peace and quiet and also only over an hour away from west and east coast. Would we come back to this property again? Without question. Kazan was also brilliant during booking process. Many thanks. You will see us again.

This house was beautiful, comfortable, and had plenty of room. It's about 30 minutes from Disney and conveniently close to the I-4 (so pretty much a straight shot). We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even though we barely spent any time there, except to sleep and eat breakfast.

My wife, two daughters, and I enjoyed our weeklong stay at his property. Beautiful home in a quiet gated community. The backyard view and swimming pool was amazing. Property is close to retail and grocery stores. 40 minutes to theme park and 1 1/2 to the beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

It was so nice and quiet. Loved that a Walmart and Publix was close by and all the food options. This made our family visit so comfortable and convenient so you’re not driving all over town. It’s all right there! Yay!

Absolute PERFECTION! We couldn’t figure out why we were so relaxed there but did upon arrival back home. This home is on the 7th hole - a beautiful backdrop of greenery, the pool, all perfect and serene!
The amenities were flawless! Our oldest works remotely in healthcare and was able to do so Thursday and Friday without any issues.
The community is simply stunning 😍 a quiet neighborhood which is exactly what we wanted…
And I saved the best for last - Kazan is AMAZING! She is the epitome of customer service - she’s kind, patient and was very quick and efficient in providing answers to all of the questions I had prior to our stay. We WILL be back soon! Thanks again Kazan! We appreciate so much the hospitality shown!

My family of 4 stayed at the villa while in town for a baseball tournament in Auburndale. Villa was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. The Southern Dunes location was convenient to groceries, and restaurants. I loved having my teenage boys on one side of the home with their own bathroom and the primary suite on the other side. My family enjoyed watching the golfers throughout the day, the various birds at sunset and we spent most evenings by the pool. This villa had everything we needed to make it a great week.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. It is clean and well maintained with modern conveniences. We had family stay with us for for a week of our three week stay and there was lots of room for everyone. The home is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Communication with Kazan was easy and quick. We enjoyed this home and the area so much that we would definitely book again during future visits to Florida.

Great property on 7th hole of Southern Dunes Golf Course. Loved having a drink or coffee by the pool and watching the approach shots to the close by green. House was perfect and was well appointed. Would love to come back another time. Owner was very understanding and helpful when medical issue arose - thanks Kazan.

This house was beautiful! It was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast nook looking out to the pool and beautiful golf course in the mornings was my favorite. Quiet development with shopping and restaurants conveniently close by. slight issue with the pool warming up but Kazan was extremely responsive and right away it was resolved. Pool area at night was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely book my stay again !!

We enjoyed staying in this clean, comfortable home in Southern Dunes. Kazan was extremely responsive - even providing an alarm clock and having the manager check the pool heat when it didn't seem to be working. The kitchen had all the cookware we needed to make a few meals. Thanks Kazan!

My husband, my brother in law and myself stood there to visit their family. We ended up having Thanksgiving there with everyone and had such and amazing time! We will be back!

My only complaint would be paying for the heated pool but it was always cool not warm at all. Even when the outside temperature got in the 80s, the water stood cool. Other wise everything was perfect!

Our stay encompassed Ian. Owner had emergency light bulbs and flashlights sent via Amazon prior to Ian. She checked on us through our stay. Graciously added a night since we opted to not stay at property when power was out two days. Will definitely book another stay. A beautiful and very clean property.

We took our little one to Legoland, Peppa Pig Theme Park and Magic Kingdom. All of these places were a short drive away. We were also about 45 minutes away from some family so we drove and spent the day with them. The house was great to come back to and relax. The house had everything we needed for our stay and Kazan was very easy to communicate with when we had questions. The golf course the house was on is nice and quiet. Definitely would recommend.

Highly recommend this villa, we stayed here July/Aug 22 for 3 weeks, Kazan has everything that you will need for your stay in the villa. We had a fabulous time here , very spacious and clean. Kazan went out of her way to help us with an issue we had which was nothing to do with the villa, which we really appreciate. Thank you for all your help.

This was our best stay ever. The villa is spacious, clean and located in an awesome location. Kazan is a super host. So friendly, so attentive. The communication was very great. If you look for something near Orlando without the hustle bustle of Orlando this villa will fit a 100%.

Wonderful stay.
Everything was great for our stay. The location was easy to find and surrounded by convenient shopping and eateries. The only suggestion I would have is that the beds be replaced with a more sturdier bed frame and mattress.

6 adults - awesome villa
The fact that the villa was so awesome really made our holiday. Yes, it is a little further out but this is what we wanted so we could really relax & unwind when we needed to. After a really bad storm, the cooker broke but we had it seen to & fixed within days (& it was only that long due to ordering the parts) communication with both the management company & Kazan were fab.
I would not hesitate to return to this villa, & would recommend it in a heartbeat. Thank you Kazan

Great Villa.
We had an amazing time at this property. A modern spacious villa with everything you could possibly need. It’s perfectly located, not too far from Disney and close to supermarkets and restaurants in Haines City, but in a very nice peaceful neighbourhood.
Kazan is an excellent host and very quick to communicate. We left something behind after our stay and she has been very helpful in getting it back to us. Would thoroughly recommend this property, perfect for a family.
