I don't know where to begin. Everyone was so responsive before our trip. Jamie greeted us and was so nive. She gave a great overview of everything. This property is AMAZING! The pictures don't do it justice. There were three couples who stayed and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This house has EVERYTHING you need, from measuring cups to beach chairs. I was upset that I left my portable speaker at home. Wouldn't you know, there was one in the cabinet, over the TV! The level of detail put into ensuring a pleasant stay was very obvious. Cable TV was good for watching college and Sunday/Monday night games. For some of the other games, we drove over to Carlito's. For groceries, we shopped at CMart (near the airport) and Super Foods. You do need a car at this location, but everything was still very close. After all, it's not a big island. Thank you for a wonderful stay! When I return to Aruba, I'll definitely book this location again.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was just as described and pictured. It came with everything you could ever need for the house AND the beach (umbrellas, chairs, snorkel equipment, floaties, etc). The location is perfect for beaches, shopping etc., and there's a restaurant inside the complex- super convenient. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

This home is one of the finest we have stayed at over the years. The attention to detail is amazing! The hosts and managers are attentive and detail oriented. We especially appreciated that the TV service was actually cable tv. So many places just expect you to use the Smart TV apps which has always been somewhat difficult. There were so many thoughtful details. Plenty of towels and beach supplies. We are so grateful to have had such a wonderful time! Aruba is definitely One Happy Island!

Everything about this property is amazing! From the close location to beautiful beaches and restaurants to it’s beautiful design and finishes. The pool area and outdoor kitchen were wonderful. It was so comfortable and relaxing. Petra was so kind and welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back to this house!!

First, let me just say this- AMAZING!!! This is not our first visit to One Happy Island. We have always visited and stayed in high-rise hotels (from Marriott to Barcello to Hyatt). Nothing and I mean nothing, comes even close to the luxurious experience we had this time around as a family. Location: Fantastic! 2 min drive to Arashi beach and the Light House area. At night, 10 min drive to Hotels area. A bit further for a visit downtown. The Gold Coast Villas is a very nice and beautifully maintained area. Regarding construction… Yes, there is construction right next door to the house and across the street from the house. But! It never bothered us one bit. The construction guys are super vigilant and considerate. It was loud for all of 1-2 hrs one day out of a 7-day stay. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area and the noise was not bad at all. The House: OMG! Gorgeous! I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely stunning this house and property are! Not only it is beautiful and modern, but it is also very practical. It has everything you need. We have two boys and between hubs and I, it felt roomy and everyone had their own time for showers and bathrooms and space. If you travel with family, you know how you need “that space” and alone time away for a little. Ladies, you know what I mean. This house is spacious and luxurious in every way! Car rental: USE Joe’s care rental or call rental companies directly. We made that mistake by booking via Delta and for an SUV it cost us nearly $1300 for 7 days. The car is a must if you are staying in this location. There are two comfy spots right in front of the house. Kitchen and cooking at home/eating out: You can stock up at Super Foods located conveniently and not far from the house. The kitchen has all the necessities you need and your heart desires to make a nice meal. We had breakfas and some lunches/snacks at home and ate out for dinners. For coffee addicts like myself: Nespresso and regular ground coffee maker is in the kitchen. Pool: was our favorite hangout spot daily! The only thing I would add is if there is a possibility to have a pool fountain on and off instead of just on from 6 p-10 p at night, it would make it that much better. My little guy was like a puppy every night awaiting for it to come on :) But overall, pool is amazing! SPECIAL THANK YOU to Petra! She was so Welcoming from the minute we met. We would definitely re-book the property! Don’t think twice. Book it. We will! 😄

We are so glad we choose to stay on this property. From prime location to staying in the most beautiful property. Petra made the check in flawless and the house had everything we could of possibly needed. We will definitely book this property again in our next Aruba vacation.

This was our second stay at Sandra’s beautiful home and won’t be our last. I couldn’t ask for a better place to spend my birthday. We were able to spend lazy days lounging in the pool, take short walks to the beach, and enjoy the many restaurants and casinos that are just a short drive away. It’s the perfect location! I can’t say enough about the attention to detail and the prompt responses from Sandra’s daughter, Alexandria and Petra. They were also kind enough to offer their home for a few extra days due to our flight being cancelled. I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience and we can’t wait to do it all over again!

It is hard to find the right words to describe the level of thoughtfulness and kindness shown by Sandra and Alexandra during our week-long stay on Aruba. We were quite simply overwhelmed. They went above and beyond to ensure our first visit to the island was memorable. The property location is superb and accessible to fabulous beaches and restaurants - nothing is too far away. Aruba is a terrific holiday destination for a number of reasons: Beaches are simply stunning and snorkeling fantastic! The food, fish in particular is spectacular. Try fresh caught Barracuda! The genuine warmth shown by the locals ensure the island lives up to its “Happy Island” reputation. The island’s tap water everywhere is 100% safe and delicious. Aruba has the 2nd biggest desalination plant in the world. Overall, our stay with Sandra and Alexandra’s warm, welcoming hospitality made this one of our best vacations ever!

This property is probably great for others but two issues made me give this a less that stellar review. First, the unit next door is under renovation and the working start drilling an hammering at precisely 8:30am. Noise was crazy. Second I planned to entertain at the pool a lot. Gorgeous layout but the timer cut the pool lights off at midnight and the owners refused my request to extend or disable the timer. I also want the pool waterfall on during the day. A timer prevented that also and only allowed it to run 4 hrs in the evening. This could have been a simple fix to make this a great experience.

The 3 bedroom Villa was excellent with basically 3 master bedrooms with bathrooms & 4th bathroom downstairs. We use inside kitchen in morning for breakfast & outside kitchen in the afternoon for grilling. I give location 5 out 5 stars

There are plenty in the cabinet! I also appreciated the left over seasoning in the cabinet, laundry detergent, beach towels, and chairs! The only thing I was displeased with was the cleanliness. The floors and counters were kinda dirty and the upstairs master had hairs that did not belong to us in the sheets 😕. Other than that, this villa felt like home and I did NOT want to leave.

I celebrated my 61st birthday with four of my best girlfriends and we had an amazing time! Petra, the property manager was outstanding! She went above and beyond to make sure our accommodations were comfortable; from recommendations of activities and restaurants to even making our reservations. The villa surpassed our expectations! Being able to take a dip in the pool any time of day or night was one of the highlights. The villa was very modern and had all the necessities one needed to have a great time. Not only do I highly recommend this location and villa, I will stay there again during my next visit. Sandra, thank you for allowing us to rent your home. It truly embodied the feeling of home. Aruba is a very beautiful and friendly place. I look forward to returning soon.

I can’t say enough about our recent stay at Sandra’s gorgeous home. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it looks exactly like the pictures. My husband loved the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The attention to detail, prompt responses to emails, and the assistance Petra offered with making reservations before our arrival were priceless. We have already booked for next year. Thank you Petra and Sandra for making our wedding anniversary so special!

The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean & equipped with more than you will need. I was with my son & two of his friends and this place was perfect. The boys had the upstairs & I stayed on the main level. All three boys commented on how nice the house was & they were glad we stayed there instead of an all inclusive resort. The backyard makes this house the perfect vacation house because there is a nice pool, outdoor kitchen/grill & plenty of chairs, table, etc. I highly recommend this house & if I ever travel back to Aruba, I will stay here again.
