The condo was very clean and had all the essentials for a short stay. We enjoyed the convenience of the mini frig. on the upper level. It cut down on so many trips up and down the stairs. We liked sitting out on the covered porch in the mornings and had our choice of the upper or lower-level one. There was a walking trail close by which the younger members of our family enjoyed using. All in all, it was a great stay.

The location was peaceful and quiet. The condo was very clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the upper porch just off the master bedroom as well as the downstairs porch off the living room. There was a walking trail right in front of the condo and our daughter enjoyed taking an early morning walk each day.

We stay here as we prepared for our daughter to get married to her best friend. Between the beautiful property we also enjoyed Thorn Crown Chapel. Was a great weekend with memories made.

Do not plan on trying to watch TV or use the WiFi for any of your phones, iPad's, etc. It was not enough for it to stream on the TV much less phones, iPad's, etc. Maybe put up an antenna to at least get local stations.

My husband and I and another couple rode motorcycles to the Ozarks and chose Eureka Springs as our home base. The property where we stayed was beautiful. Completely updated and very clean! Also loved we had a garage to park the bikes. Very quiet with a paved walking path along the lake right behind the house. We would definitely stay there again!

It was a great place and we loved our time there. The only thing I tried to call the property Manager and her voice mail was not set up. I also would put out a couple of boxes of Kleenex a couple of us had allergies. :)

This place has great potential, please have a better cleaning crew. We don’t like going on vacation to see someone else’s bathroom trash and having to put up a load of laundry and dishes before we can use the things provided. Also the fridge needs a major deep clean. The smell isn’t pleasant

The beds were comfy, neighborhood was nice, close to the lake but far enough from too much going on for the holiday. The view was amazing for fireworks!
The only negative thing I could say is there was a bunch of trash in the back yard and there was some dirty stuff in the washer and toothpaste splash on the bathroom backsplash.

Stayed here with my mom, aunt & 2 cousins. We had a girls weekend. This was a great property. Mins away from Eureka. Very quiet and clean. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed! We would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The deck off of the master was great and looked out over the mountains and a finger of Table Rock Lake. We did yoga on the deck every morning. There was a paved path that ran along the water, but we didn't get a chance to take it. This home is about 15 minutes from Eureka Springs and about 45 minutes from Bentonville, which is where we split our time. We definitely hope to return to this lovely home!

The townhouse was updated beautifully and very clean! It was the perfect setting for a girls weekend and enjoying the view of the waterfront. Short drive from downtown Eureka Springs for shopping and dining. Would highly recommend this property!
