Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. NO parties are allowed at this property. Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to neighborhood ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, parking and safety. Please use a cutting board when slicing anything in the kitchen. Do not cut directly on the countertop. If any garbage does not fit in the trash can, please place excess trash in the black trash bags provided and leave in the garage. Parking for 2 in the driveway or 1 vehicle and 1 trailer. Space for 1 in the garage. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores. Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
