The motel lives up to its name, as you get a gorgeous view of the Upper Maloolah Nature Refuge. The staff member that we interacted with was wonderful and would ask us if we needed anything whenever she saw us.
The room was really nice and clean, and the bathroom looked very recently renovated. Aircon worked perfectly (make sure you have it on the dry setting for those humid Queensland days and nights).
Beds were very comfortable and there were extra pillows and a blanket, if needed.
Good hanging space for dresses and an ample amount of those "anti-theft" hangers supplied, along with an iron and ironing board (including the little water pourer for the iron).
A small power board is on the bedside table for charging multiple devices and the hairdryer supplied is a good quality one.
There's a couple of restaurants next door, if you want to eat out but don't feel like going far. The room has ample cutlery and crockery if you get takeaway and need to reheat your food. Small pouch of dishwashing liquid and a couple of cloths are supplied and the bathroom sink is just large enough to soak and wash them in. We were also given a little 500ml bottle of fresh local-brand milk for tea and coffee!
Amaysim (Optus network) has good reception at the motel. Ironically, I was not able to get any reception at all in the Maleny CBD.
You will experience the full power of the morning sun when sitting outside, as the patio area faces east, and there's not a lot of shelter if it rains, unless you go out to the carport. This is more an FYI for those who like to have a morning coffee outside and/or smoke, rather than a reflection of the overall service and quality of the motel.

The enthusiasm of the Manager and the view from the room and the updated facilities made for a wonderful experience. Ordered delivery pizza and the even they were wonderful and helpful.
They we couldn’t stay longer, had plans the next day.

The owner was very welcoming on arrival & also very helpful in assisting me in contacting a local dentist. The room was very comfortable as was the bed.
The motel was situated by a busy road so traffic noise was noticeable at times.

The view was incredible even on a cloudy day.
The Maleny Views Motel was a really lovely place to stay. The views of the mountain ranges and out toward the coast were incredible. We had rain and cloud cover come and go and our view was ever changing. Watching the clouds roll over and pass by was a very relaxing way to spend our afternoon. The hosts clearly went out of their way to help us and make our stay a great one. Walking around the corner to a Thai restaurant with really beautiful food was also a hit. I’d highly recommend staying at The Maleny Views Motel.

The position and the views were breathtaking. Under cover for our vehicles. The beds were so comfortable. Bathrooms new. Great amenities in the room. Hosts were so accommodating, thank you.

Both managers (I presume) where amazing! Honestly good have not asked for better customer service, above and beyond that’s for sure. Great service and even better views!

Amazing location and view, super friendly owners who went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The room and interior is very clean and modern. The bed was great and so were the complimentary fresh milk, coffee, tea & biscuits.

The cleanest motel I've ever stayed at! Received lovely service at check-in. The place is well looked after with cute little welcoming touches like fresh flowers in the room and let's not forget THE VIEW! Just beautiful.

The staff person at reception was was very cheerful and helpful. She did no just give us the key, but also took us to the room and made sure we knew where everything was. Later, knowing that we had explored options for dining , she checked if we were going to have takeaway in which case she would bring us cutlery. The room was spotless, very comfortable and everything worked. The view, as advertised was beautiful. We expected traffic noise (as the motel is on the main road leading to Maleny) but were not troubled by it at all.
