The accommodations were perfect and would stay again when I come back to town.

Tess was responsive and very pleasant to communicate with. The rental was well represented with photos and location. The location was peaceful and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the beach. But close enough to bike there. We were very happy to have a washer and dryer in the rental. The place was very clean and comfortable.

We came down my family and my brother/gf. Had the best time! Great location, fit us all perfectly, good neighborhood, all around awesome place to stay. Highly recommend!

Accommodations were good.. Easy access to grocery stores, beach, downtown. Very clean inside. Location was a little different then we thought but we would stay there again.

This home was decorated very cute and felt very cozy, had everything you would want and need. A++

The property itself was soooo cute the host has it beautifully decorated with the beachy feel. House is fully stocked dishes, pots, soap, washer dryer, throw blankets for cutling to watch tv even down to the beach towels. The host was very friendly. Loved Loved it

The two weeks couldn’t have been any better . I had reunion with my fellow Navy vets. Great location neighbors very nice not too far from the beach but get up and go early if you plan a beach day traffic going down there can long but manageable. House is very clean and nice.

The property is located about a 5 minute drive to the closest beach, adorable, and has everything that you need. Shopping and dining very close. I will definitely stay here again. Tess is very good about contacting you back and answering questions.

The property was clean and organized. The check in and check out instructions were never posted on vrbo which was a little stressful. Had to message the property manager and she responded quickly with the instructions.

This place was perfect for our mini family vacation. Full size kitchen with 2 full bathrooms made it easy to stay on a budget. My only issue was my sister has severe asthma and it flared up terribly which only happens with dust and dander when built up. The air filter was super dirty so unfortunately we had to spend majority of our time away from it except the evenings bc it eventually affected us all and we were all sneezing and coughing once in the house. Besides that our stay was fine and the beautiful beaches were close!

This is a great family vacation spot for myself my husband and our four boys and our pets it was roomy cozy close to beaches and restaurants and very good management had everything we needed thank you very much for providing as a great place to stay on our vacation

This place looks like Chip and Joanna Gaines just left! So cute and updated. It’s clean and everything works well (like the plumbing). The kitchen also has all the basics, and even some extras like a few spices if you want them. It could sleep 8 if needed but was very spacious for just the two of us. The only reason I gave it the 4 stars instead of 5 is the street is very busy (though not on a main thoroughfare) with lots of trucks and road noise. The house sits VERY close to the street so if you have a small pet or child who escaped your attention for just a few minutes, it could lead to a bad outcome.The location is nice in that it is near a marina, so you can walk there if you just want to see the water, and the actual beach is only about 2 miles away. We also enjoyed Robinson Preserve, the huge farmer’s market that runs 2 times a week (with many crafters and other food vendors), and several good seafood restaurants nearby. But it’s across the street from a large nursery (plants) and the fans they operate are loud and continuous. They aren’t too bothersome once inside the home, but it is worth noting. All things considered, we had a great stay in a lovely home with a hospitable host! We’d do it again.
