Loved this house in Indian Rocks. Owner, Kevin, contacted us the morning of check. He was very helpful when we arrived and met us to review the property. Had lots of recommendations for dinners. Whenever we had a question, he was quick to respond. Backyard was the perfect when it was a little windy at the beach. Location of this house is great - right next to park where we could take walks every day and one block off beach. Great restaurants just a few blocks away. This house and owner is a gem. Thanks for everything.

Nice place to stay with good amenities. Dish washer broke while we were there. Contacted the host and he let us take the dishwasher apart and fix for him...no charge! Plumbing backed up and Roto Rooter said is was Sanitary wipes that caused the back up.. We did not use any wipes, but I was charged for the service call!!!! How about I charge you the same amount for fixing your dishwasher!!!! Could be the previous tenants used the wipes and it did not affect the plumbing until we were there! Will not stay there again!

Great girls trip get away! House was in a perfect location. Close to beach and restaurants. Golf cart was an added bonus. We were Hurricane Eddie’s regulars by the end of the week! House had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable! Thnx Kevin for a memorable vacation!

Stayed at this property with my in-laws for a Christmas vacation. We had the most lovely time! Everything was clean and accurate to the pictures. Kevin was very responsive and answered any last minute questions that came up. My only complaint, is that the former guests did not clean the grill after use and we had to spend about an hour scrubbing it. Other than that, we had the most amazing stay!

Great area. Quite neighborhood. The house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Plus the birds in the back pool area were fun to watch and listen to.We saw woodpecker's tiny, beautiful, green Little birds that look like parrots, osprey and all the beautiful sounds of the birds, blue jays cardinals. You can't beat the location by the beach. And the food is great at all the restaurants. The golf cart was great to drive around. And the bikes were awesome too. We couldn't ask for more.

My family and I had a great stay here in the beginning of July. The only thing I would say is that there should be something in the description about having cameras on the pool and back area. The only other thing I wish I would have known is that the back bedroom stays hot. We bought a window A/C to keep it cool and the bathroom by the back bedroom is very small. Other than that we had all other problems fixed by the owners. He was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend these owners and would stay with them in the future. Also the golf cart was an amazing addition to the place. We really loved having that.

Second time staying at the Buffalo Bungalow. Absolutely love this place. The house is great, the pool/outdoor area is amazing. The location is perfect. Kevin is the best host ever - thank you for the birthday cake ! Give a belly rub to your dog for us!

Let me just say, I’m normally a “beachfront” only girl so I was hesitant to book this place. I’m so glad I did! It was perfect for our family vacation. The golf cart made getting to and from the beach and several restaurants a breeze. This was such a nice bonus for the price point of the rental. We have rented golf carts on vacation before and not only is it expensive, but kind of a hassle to get them delivered, etc. Kevin and Cindy have stocked almost everything you need. Both of them stopped by to check on us and seemed like such nice people. We had beach chairs, a large rolling cooler, towels, a pack n play for toddler sleeping, kitchen supplies, you name it. The pool area is very nice as well. We brought our own baby monitor so mom and dad relaxed in the pool while baby girl napped. This is definitely a place we’d return to.

Kevin's vacation home was ideal for my family. We were concerned about choosing a July Florida vacation but this choice proved to be a winner for location, comfort and amenities. The pool was ideal for early morning dip after walking on the beach.

It is a nice house, but probably a little older. Creative and fun decorations throughout. Everything you could need was provided (except groceries of course). Getting to the beach was a breeze using the golf cart to carry the chairs, umbrellas and bags. The AC was sufficient throughout the house, although the back bedroom does stay warmer than the rest of the house. Kevin (the owner) was very helpful and willing to answer any questions we had, a pleasure to deal with.

Pool and golf cart and close to beach were the amenities we were looking for and this property was exactly what we wanted! Had a wonderful stay! The Wi-Fi and tvs were great when we had downtime. The host had beach chairs and float’s available. I would book again.

This property was everything we could have asked for and then some! The house was well equipped and the pool/patio was amazing. The use of the golf cart was great and the location being a short walk to the beach was perfect. Just my husband and I came for an anniversary trip but we are already planning to come back next year with the kids!

Fantastic location, clean & functional…perfect for 4 adults. Golf cart made trip to beach with chairs easy…also restaurants, local market & ice cream via golf cart! Screened porch in back perfect for 8 adults visiting. Plenty of seating for pool & fire pit. Would definitely book again!

We had the best time here! This is our second year to stay here and it was perfect. Communication with Kevin is great and the location to the beach is perfect. We always appreciate the quiet, residential neighborhood and the close access to many things to see and do. If you want a great place to stay in Indian Rocks Beach this is it! An easy 20 min drive to Clearwater Beach to the north and Madeira Beach to the south. Easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Kitchen was well equipped. Grill was great. There was plenty of beach chairs to use. The owner offered to meet us on arrival but we got in late. And it wasn't necessary because everything in the house has directions or is self-explanatory. Definitely will consider staying here again.

Great little house in a nice neighborhood, just a couple minute walk to the beach and other activities. The golf cart and beach supplies were absolutely fantastic. We had six adults and the home wad was very comfortable for us with all the different indoor, outdoor, and screened in porch seating and TV's. Thanks to the owner Kevin for showing us around when we got in and answered all the questions we had. Thanks!

We loved this house. The location was great - in a quiet neighbourhood but easy access to the beach and local amenities and other resorts. The house was really clean and so well equipped, it had everything we could possibly need. The kids loved the pool (and all the toys) and there was loads of outside space. The golf cart was an added bonus which meant that we popped down to the beach or out for an ice cream at the drop of a hat. We also made use of the (brand new) bbq, and found the kitchen to have very utensil we could possibly need. Also the ceiling fans were great as they were silent and kept the bedrooms nicely cool at night, and and we found the beds to be really comfy. Kevin was helpful with quick communication and popping by soon after we arrived to see if we had any questions. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

This place was great! Location great,Clearwater was down the street not far which was more busy, had to drive think about 15-20 minutes, paid $20 for parking all day lots to do if that’s what yr looking for. There are several restaurants near the house, but we mainly ate at house, had all the dishes and bbq utensils needed, plenty of glasses and plastic cups,even had Tupperware for leftovers. 2 bathrooms one by kitchen is smaller would be great for small children, big enough for 1 adult tho. Bedrooms all good size and comfy beds but back room a bit warmer than others, but they had an extra fan for it plus the ceiling fan. The pool was small but big enough for 2 floats, I was there for the ocean, but did enjoy swimming in the evening!!patio was huge, lots of seats to choose from and had floats for pool, beach chairs, umbrella’s, toys boogie boards, 3coolers yr choice, no need to buy anything,it’s there.Kevin was great if you need something call him, he will get it, I told him the blender was leaking,1/2 hour later he was there with a brand new one.Thanks kevin..if yr thinking of renting this place, you won’t regret it .. I would definitely rent again if in the area Thanks

This was a really nice house and very spacious. Owner met us at the house and very helpful. Location was about 2 blocks from the beach. Definitely worth renting their golf cart as beach access has some golf cart parking. Car parking fills up quickly but didn’t have issues with golf cart parking. Had all beach things needed if you fly to Tampa. Beach tent, umbrella, chairs, cooler, games, etc! Thanks for thinking of all these things Kevin! Would rent again!!!

Nice location to beach and restaurants. Golf cart was a great amenity to have. Private pool was nice including floats.. Screened-in back porch was nice to keep the mosquitos out. Host responded quickly to inquiries. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the useful items like plates, cups, utensils, blender, toaster, etc. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus. The house really did have a lot of items that were helpful to have around. Floor tiles, counters, and surfaces were clean but the carpets in the master bedroom did have stains. Several of the Bath towels were old and dingy and one had holes in it. Bathroom was stocked with convenient toiletries and a few extras. It was really nice to have beach chairs and beach umbrella and a wagon. I was not impressed with the bikes that were available. Several of them were rusty. We were able to cool the house down at a comfortable temperature except for the back bedroom that was much warmer than the rest of the house. Overall it is a good place to stay.

This place had all of the amenities you could need and was very cozy and clean!! About a 5 minute walk to the beach or the bay and a friendly neighborhood with activities! Couldn’t ask for a better location! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone!

If you're looking for a nice place to stay with everything you would want and more then look no further. When I say this place has everything, I mean everything. Kevin was awesome and was there to answer all questions. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the pool was nice and refreshing after being at the beach all day. The golf cart was such an added bonus! We will absolutely be back!
