Cozy bungalow home with LOTS of space. Modern decor throughout, fenced in yard, 1/2 mile from uptown. Location is a guest favorite for waking to uptown to dine and shop. Bath towels, linens, pillows and mattresses are all new, chosen with 'comfort' in mind Location, atmosphere, decor, comfort and Seasons room are guest favorites! Location - Walking distance to uptown for dining, shopping, events. Walking distance to The Constitution Trail, 45 mile of hard surface throughout the Normal-Bloomington area. Great for walks, biking, rollerblading, dogs. Beautiful scenery Atmosphere/Decor/Comfort - All modern yet cozy furnishing throughout the house. Total of 6 smart tvs, streaming Hulu, Netflix and Amazon. High speed internet, blue tooth speaker in the family room, new light fixtures and ceiling fans in all rooms, many candles and fireplace light with remotes. Very comfortable blankets and pillows throughout the house. All beds are memory foam, Tempur-pedic and cooling pillows in the rooms, down filled futon/couch in the unfinished basement bonus room, Seasons Room - Large dining table, 2 deep seat down filled couches, 70" smart tv, sound bar, remote candles, pac man gaming, lots of privacy as Seasons Room has an open view to the backyard/patio. This room also has it's own air/heat unit 3 Bedrooms All bedrooms have queen beds- 2 bedrooms on the1st floor, 1 bedroom In the basement Futon/Nook Area (1) Couch/Bed 1 L shaped-Couch, pulls out easily to queen size sleeper (2) Futons 1 futon in the basement bedroom/bonus room, 1 futon in the storage room (3) Air mattresses 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin, plug in, pillow top air mattresses Kitchen, Laundry Room and Bathrooms are stocked. Kitchen is stocked for cooking and dining. Bathtub/shower upstairs. Shower in basement has detachable handle (good for showering pets and toddlers). Plush bath towels . Bathrooms are stocked with toiletries, Laundry room has plenty of supplies. Park - The elementary school is on the same street a few houses down, great park for climbing and swinging Games - Corn hole, board games, puzzles, books, cards as well as bad mitten can be found in the basement storage room. 4 cruiser bikes in the the shed that guest are welcome to use to explore the area. Long driveway holds approximately 4 - 5 vehicles. Parking on the street is allowed on the opposite side of the house. If you are traveling with a dog, please inform me prior to check in as there is a pet fee of $100 per dog (max 2 please)

Two families shared this home, and it was wonderful! Very cozy, with great touches to make us feel right at home. The owner was very responsive and kind. Would definitely recommend this home!

Our Christmas gathering with our adult children was held here and the house was impeccably decorated. Absolutely beautiful. We all found ourselves referring to our host by her first name because Wow. Donna thought of EVERYTHING. 10 Stars. Comfortable beds. Hands down the best experience all of us have had with vacation rentals. Not one disappointment. Not one critique. Suffice to say will definitely use again!

We stayed here for two nights for my son’s wedding weekend,. It was the cutest and coziest little house, and we had plenty of room to spread out while still having our own privacy. All the bridesmaids (four of them) got ready and had hair and make up done in the house, and the photographer came and took first pictures with the bride and her father as well as the bridesmaids. The house is decorated so pretty that the pictures turned out fantastic. The location is perfect – close to everything yet quiet in a cute little neighborhood. Donna has paid great attention to detail in making her guests feel welcome, and we will definitely stay here again when we visit Bloomington!

We absolutely loved this house and plan to return again when we visit next. We had a total of 9 ppl: moms, daughters, aunts, grandma, and some friends stay here quite comfortably. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed both the inside and the backyard on a beautiful day. Donna was great and so easy to work with.

Neighborhood great. House was phenomenal with so many amenities. We were visiting our family and they loved coming over and playing the games/watching the numerous TVs! I did a lot of cooking for my extended family in town and had all utensils and many more cooking supplies than I expected. Will return whenever we can. Two thumbs up from the Grandkids!!

Donna is an absolute pleasure to work with she answers almost immediately if you send a message and this home is so well appointed with everything you could need to feel right at home. The pictures don’t do it justice it is so clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable and so much space in every room. Looking forward to returning next time we are in Normal.

Our daughter stayed here with her bridesmaids the night before her wedding. This beautiful property gave them a cozy place to laugh and prepare for her big day and we got some WONDERFUL pictures of here there while she was getting ready. Couldn’t have asked for better.

We stayed with 2 other couples for IWU homecoming/football game. The house was close to the campus and our boys rental (1/2 mile). The house is so clean and every space is utilized very well. Would definitely stay here again.

The house had tons of super soft blankets everywhere and had lots of nice little accents like having candy out. Very clean and well maintained and the host was very nice and easy to contact. The beds are firm mattresses but nice quality. Easy walking distance to lots of things. Overall a very nice stay!

Wow, what a great place. Awesome luxurious comfort. Terrific back yard. Great location in an historical, interesting and pleasant neighborhood. We stayed as a half way place between Nashville and Minnesota. We agreed it could easily be a destination! Everything was perfect.

Oh my goodness, where to start? This home is beautiful! If you can stay during Christmas, do it, it’s beautifully decorated with luxurious linens, rugs, blankets and pillows too! Everything is beautiful and there’s room for everyone! We are already figuring out a way back in the Spring!

We loved this cozy house. Location was GREAT for us. We walked to uptown Normal by sidewalk and Constitution Trail. Host supplied amazing amenities! Loved the fenced in back yard - set up for outdoor festivities and convenient with our pet. Handy having laundry, off street parking, hot morning beverages, outside seating area and more. Friendly neighborhood. Will definitely return when in the area.
