GUEST NOTE: Black Creek Paddock is a private home approved to host accommodation guests registered with Hunter Valley Stays only and is not a venue for events, functions or vendors. SECURITY & ONSITE MANAGER: As with many pastural properties and farm stays in the Hunter Valley, security surveillance cameras are present to monitor the exterior of the property at all times. The pastural manager lives on the property full time and has a residence located at the rear of the barn 70 metres from the guest accommodation. Both guests and manager share the main driveway entrance access but are accommodated separately. GUEST SAFETY: Children must be supervised at all times when onsite due to the adjacent creek and four dams on the property’s grazing land. We ask that guests please keep to the house paddock and do not for any reason, enter or drive on the property’s acreages as animals may be grazing. FIREPLACES & FIREPITS – Please note the fireplace is available between April and October and firewood is supplied only during these months. No other fires are permitted to be lit on the property at any time due to rural fire hazards. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit/bond of $1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time. NOTES A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed. Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate. Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
