A hotel which far away from Ubud

Very kind staff Clean rooms

The main problem was it was actually far away from Ubud 35 minutes away from Ubud Center Not clean pool Smell in the room we got better rooms for the same price

Best stay in bali

This is by far the best place I’ve stayed in, in bali! The owners are super nice and friendly, they help with everything, they’re also very welcoming. The room is super clean and they make the bed and bring fresh towels every day. The room is spacious with a small TV and very good AC, there is a nice terrace overlooking the pool and a clean private bathroom with hot water. The location is not in ubud but very close. We used a motorbike and it was 10 to 15 mins ride to everywhere we wanted to go. The price is also super affordable, I could not recommend this place more!

De los mejores alojamientos que hemos visto en Bali, nos cuidaron y dieron almuerzo muy elaborado y variado cada día. Sin bichos. Se limpiaba a fondo la habitación. Una piscina preciosa y cuidada. El personal muy atento. Toallas limpias cada día.

Un bon homestay familial

On a passé un super séjour. La chambre était propre, ils font le ménage et changent les serviettes tous les jours. Le coin est calme (à 15 minutes du centre ville d’Ubud). On en a profité pour passer un moment détente à la piscine. Le petit-déjeuner est bien et bon. La famille est accueillante, aux petits soins et toujours souriante. Il a y quelques activités aux alentours (cascades, temples, etc).

Un petit point négatif, il y a parfois une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain.

Superb

The staff were super friendly and always happy to help. They even suggested a personal tour so I got to see more of Ubud than originally planned. Only £26-£30 which was fantastic.

Quiet location and good value for the money.

Room was pretty and super clean. The host was unbelievably friendly and gave great tips. There’s a big clean kitchen you can use if you want. The location is outside of ubud and you definitely need a scooter but we wanted to be a bit away from the busy city so perfect for us. Room was cleaned daily.

The bathroom had a weird smell to it and wasn’t the prettiest but still totally fine.

Nice location to rest outside of the traffic of Ubud

price (60€ for 3 nights !) lovely swimming pool clean

can be a bit noisy if kids are playing around the pool in early morning you need a taxi ( 50 to 100k rp one way each time you want to go to Ubud )

comfortable, convenient, good value for money

great pool! decent sized rooms and good wifi. clean, good value for money. I stayed here as I was volunteering at BAWA so it was a short scooter ride away which was great! can hire scooter there too.

bathroom bit smelly and no ventilation. there was an error with their listing - the rooms are definitely not 40m2. it also said it came with breakfast included but it didn’t. a few people had the same issue. the owner said he would give it to me though which was nice. I ended up paying for it because I was happy to, and he didn’t even say thank you. wasn’t very helpful when I asked if he could order me some transport. not much to do in the area.

Superb

The location is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay. It's ~30 mins from Ubud center and there is a waterfall 15 mins walk from the house. The place is a real bargain: comfortable room, clean pool, with shared kitchen and dining area. Kudos to Pak Wayan who went all out to ensure we enjoyed our stay during Nyepi. He also provided dropoff to the airport the next day.

The shower broke, the water heater worked fine though. However it was Nyepi, so it's understandable if it can't be fixed immediately.

perfect place for solo traveller or couple, staff are amazing and friendly, helpful and the place is so relaxing.

the property is down a very quiet street in a small village of 160 people, it is very close to a new waterfall run by locals and east access to central ubud and some small local restaurants and shops. it is so peaceful and relaxing and you get breakfast and coffees made every day if you choose that option. staff were wonderful and the place is so stunning.

Very good

The pool and the garden is great! We enjoyed chilling there. The room was spacious and clean - maintained every day. Breakfast was ok - eggs, fruits and coffee was nice to have. The staff is nice and help you to get a scooter (we rented from the owner) or tickets for tour such as Mt. Batur etc.

The room and bathroom were quite dark. It's quite far from Ubud but it's good to explore the local villages around. Service wise, eventhough the owner told us he will helped us to get a good price ticket for Gili islands he just dropped us of (charged same as Gojek) at his contact in Padangbai and did not help to bargain so at the end we didn't get the best deal as we later found out. So this was a bit disappointing.

The perfect stay in Ubud for relaxing and taking a break !

The rooms are perfectly staged and the pool area is big and very nice. The tenants are adorable and helpful ! renting a scooter at the property is possible and you can also ask them about tours in Ubud

a home stay!

its a homestay and it is a place feel comfortable as home to stay . if I may say its home away from home. there are no staff at the moment. I was lucky being served and service by the owner itself. indeed an local hospitality

i will be back and hope they will have more staff. good luck Pak Wayan
