Home away from home - Sand Dollar 110 is a three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st floor (not ground level) vacation rental has delightful decor, updated furniture in family room and all 3 bedrooms and includes a private Gulf front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony space and furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! Vacation rental 110 offers a full-size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances, including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets . . . everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Property also has multiple charcoal grills in the common area for guest use. Free wireless internet access. Cable TVs in family room and all 3 bedrooms,. Telephone with free local calls is also provided. Sleeping accommodations include (2) queens in the master, (2) queens in bedroom #2 and (1) queen in bedroom #3. All 3 bedrooms have large closet space. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities. Master bath has a walk-in shower and 2nd bathroom has a full tub/shower combo. Loved our ocean front view to wake up to each morning and enjoy the balcony facing it. Plenty of space for 7 adults. Easy short walk to a few restaurants. Used the trolley to travel further. Condo was nicely stocked with beach towels, some beach toys and a few bag chairs. We did purchase a few more and left for future guests. Host was quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely stay again.

The unit is in a great location and very comfortable. The onsite management is extremely kind and helpful. Karla was very prompt with her responses. The mattresses were a little soft for our liking. But beyond that everything was truly wonderful.

Check in at front desk was seamless. They had all of our information and our keys ready to go. The condo was clean and very spacious. We had a great time and had no complaints. We hope to come back next year.

This was the best spot we’ve stayed at yet. So close to the beach and could see the pool from our balcony at the same time ! There was already sand toys in the unit as well. This property was so close to everything, easy access to the pharmacy, grocery store and even a fitness center. The office was excellent and Karla was very easy to work with. We will be staying again! Highly recommend.

Amazing Location! Excellent communication with staff and Karla. Dryer in unit quit working and they had someone come out immediately and had it fixed. Thank you for an amazing week 😊

Overall one of the best condos in the area . We’ve stayed in the area for the last 15 years . Clean, comfortable, roomy and very nice pool/ hot tub area . Great access to the beach . Centrally located to everything in the area.
Sand dollar and staff are well worth the money spent .

Let me start by saying that I would absolutely rent here again despite some problems. The condo was comfortable and the beach was gorgeous. This rental is through a rental management company that has an office on site, the staff was kind enough to hold our bags and gave us a much appreciated early check-in. The location on a quiet and pristine beach as well as the helpfulness of the staff outweighed the following inconveniences which I mention because I’m a fan of honest reviews and knowing what to expect.
This is the first vacation rental I’ve stayed at that didn’t have so much as salt and pepper in the kitchen to get you started. They provide 1 dishwasher tab and 3 garbage bags, as if you are going to overuse items like garbage bags. The dishwasher wouldn’t clean, had a terrible stench and was caked with crud, from the look of it the filter had never been cleaned. Same with the furnace filter which is open to view in the laundry room. The vacuum cleaner is ancient and wasn’t able to suck up sand. There are rules against reserving poolside tables by leaving out towels etc, this is not enforced, neither are rules about smoking on the pool deck. The key to the stairwell didn’t work, it felt silly to take the elevator up one floor when the condo is next to the stairwell.

Great condo
We really loved our stay. The condo has lots of room and everything we needed including beach and pool toys for our grandson. The private beach and pier were a bonus. The beach had cabanas to rent and was never overcrowded. The people in the office were great and handled a minor issue we had immediately. The owner,Karla, was extremely responsive. I would recommend this place and hope to stay again I the future

Everything was as described in the listing! The owner Karla is very prompt in responding to any questions and was great to work with! The condo is cleaned by a company, not by Karla, and the cleaning did leave a little to be desired but to be expected when you have a company cleaning several units at once. I would stay in this condo again!

Nicely maintained condo. Large condo, great location right on the beach. Had an issue with the sliding door contacted front desk and with an hour maintenance was there to put a new lock on the door. Pool was a little small but beach was beautiful and just steps from the door. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo

Beautiful views beachfront condo
Nicely maintained condo. Large condo, great location right on the beach. Had an issue with the sliding door contacted front desk and with an hour maintenance was there to put a new lock on the door. Pool was a little small but beach was beautiful and just steps from the door. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo

Just returned from a great week stay at Sand Dollar! Karla was so responsive throughout the entire reservation process. I had a Target order shipped ahead and it was delivered to my room. I also had an Our Little Suitcase toddler bed delivered, all set up prior to our arrival!
Check in easy and very friendly. Read reviews on only 1 elevator and we only used it for luggage. Stairs were easy access and just one floor up. This building is SO EASY for kids - pool and beach hoping all day.
A few big family groups took over by the pool, but everyone was easy going and fun. Mostly snow birds + their visiting kids and grand kids. Had to go early to get 3-4 lounge chairs for the day.
A few nights music went past dusk at the pool, but everyone followed the 10PM quiet time, so no issues from being so close to pool itself. We had a few music issues with the unit above (playing music outside until 2-3AM for 3 of the nights, and loud noises in middle of night). We spoke with the office one time and it seemed to get better.
The condo had what we needed to cook for family of 6. I had Target Shipt deliveries to keep us stocked on basics (laundry detergent, dish detergent, paper towels, Kleenex, all toiletries needed to buy except toilet paper) I bought beach towels and left 6 in the unit. One area for improvement was beds were not super comfortable - the one in master bed near balcony slopes down in the middle. Sheets and pillow not soft at all. The sunsets are just amazing view from the condo!! So all in all 4 stars and we would consider returning!

Couldn’t believe that it was right on the beach closer than anywhere we have ever stayed. One elevator that was very slow.. thanks for a great week.

We had a great stay. This is an older property but is so well maintained. The pool/hot tub was meticulously cleaned daily. The private pier access was very cool. We wanted a quieter location with access nearby. I had groceries delivered & the management and owner were always available for questions. My only complaint is that the only thing stocked was bar soap in the bathroom and dishwasher detergent. I would expect at least a starter of paper towels, dish soap, first morning’s coffee. The basics…. We were a late arrival and groceries didn’t come till noon. It was set up more like a hotel stay and you would get that at any hotel location. Would be a nice touch to add a little more to get things started until you can shop. Perfect set up for a family of 5. Plenty of space in the condo and the kitchen had all the essentials. Our kids and family had a blast.

This was the first time staying at this property and the whole family loved it. The condo was fully stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The view is great looking directly out on the beach. It was also beneficial to be able to be so close to the pool and hot tub. Anxious to go back!

Great beachfront condo for a family getaway
We enjoyed our week at the Sand Dollar!
We checked in late and they were great with making sure we had the details sorted and checked in on us in the am. We loved the view from our balcony and the private pier was great. Fishing was so so but you can’t win ‘em all. We did get lucky the last day of the trip! The kids made use of the beach volleyball net and the pool and we love being able to do laundry every day. We had a couple minor issues that the gal at the front desk helped us with (lights, a flipped breaker). All in all, a nice condo in a super handy location - we hit Treasure Island, John’s Pass. We even took a day trip to Sanibel one day and to see manatees at Crystal River another.

Closeness to beach and size of pool and hot tub was exceptional
The ability to walk directly out onto the beach and then into the pool and hot tub was exceptional. Building was a bit on the older side and needs a bit of updating. Friendly and helpful management on the property and when needed, maintenance was very quick to respond. Lots of beds and very comfortable. Chairs to use on the beach. Great view from the balcony. Great place to stay and enjoy the sunny Florida weather. Short drive to Clearwater Beach and Treasure Island and John's Pass

Great private beach
My wife and I along with our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. The condo was great, the location was great, and the beach was not crowded at all!!! We will definitely be back!

Good Location
The location of the property is great; the Sand Dollar management was very helpful. The living room furniture is new but very uncomfortable. The beds make a lot of noise. Cosmetic updates needed for dirt on ceiling, exposed electricals, and poor reading lights. Wood blinds are really neat.

This was our first time staying in Indian Shores as well as our first experience with VRBO. Everything was great! Karla, the owner, was very helpful. The unit was the perfect fit for us, two couples (one with three kids), and one single. The condo itself was a bit better than described. There were beach towels, beach chairs, floats, a pump, a stroller, fan, hair dryer, and plenty of books provided in the condo. The beds were comfy and the AC worked great. The kitchen provided almost everything needed to cook family meals. My only recommendation would be to bring a large skillet if you plan to cook for your entire group, as we had to use more than one at a time since they were smaller. The pool/hot tub area was always clean and refreshing. Beautiful views from the balcony! The pool area was usually booming until 11:00 p.m. and in the master bedroom you could hear a lot of the pool noise, so if you are an early to bed type I suggest you sleep in the other bedroom. The pier was nice as well as the picnic table/grill area. Parking was never a problem and the office staff was friendly and was even able to offer some tips on good eats! The beach was right out the gate and there was a volleyball net to enjoy. Unfortunately, we were only able to enjoy the ocean our first day due to the red tide, but we will definitely be back!

Karla has a beautiful condo! The location is wonderful - great view of the ocean right in front and just steps to the beach. The condo had everything we needed and was the perfect size for the 6 of us. The whole area is really nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay. Condo was clean and comfortable. Consumer Services was very friendly and helpful. Over all had a great family vacation only complaint was the beds were uncomfortable.
