Located in Dunedin, this lovely house for R 5,013 per night is a great option for your next trip. Exclusive use of the entire home. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living rooms, HOT TUB, HEATED POOL ( Oct 15-April 15 80-85 degree) 2 car garage and nice fenced yard with AWESOME TIKI BAR and grill. This is a LARGE home!!! This is not a small home!!! Pool area has outdoor seating. Home has a grill and firepit. Beautifully updated and fully stocked kitchen featuring quartz counters and stainless appliances. Two nice updated FULL bathrooms! Single story home - NO STAIRS. Our home has the spectrum with the fastest cable/Internet available at 483mbps ! BEDROOM 1: King bed with walk in closet, 65 inch smart tv and full bathroom attached . Bed is super soft and cloud like. Closet contains regular towels, beach towels, two blow up queen air mattresses, tons of extra pillows, linens, sheets, comforters. BEDROOM 2 King bed with walk in closet. Large smart tv . Bed is cloud like and super soft BEDROOM 3: Queen bed with walk in closet and smart tv. Bed is cloud like and soft LIVING ROOM 1: 2 large couches and accent chair. Coffee table with board games and large smart tv. Office desk with accent chair . LIVING ROOM 2 Queen sleeper couch and accent chair DINNING ROOM Large 8 person dinning room table GARAGE- 2 car garage with full sized washer and 2 dryers. Extra grill propane tank and pools toys, 10 beach chairs and 2 beach coolers. BACKYARD - in ground heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar, fire pit . Yard is fenced Our home is fully stocked with everything you need for a nice vacation. Toilet paper( not just one tile like other rentals- we provide plenty!!) full sized shampoo, full sized conditioner 2 types of full sized body wash, regular towels, beach towels, cooking spices, dunkin coffee and creamer. We have pool toys, board games, beach chairs, a nice cooler with wheels and beach umbrella for guests to use. Full sized washer /dryer in garage available for use. We even provide laundry detergent, bleach and dryer sheets for guests to use. Home is located 2 min to countryside mall, 5 min to caladesi and honeymoon island/beach and 11 min to Clearwater beach. Three Grocery stores, dollar general, 4 gas stations/convenience stores, car wash, 4 banks, several strip malls and SO many restaurants are located 2 minutes away. Pool is on smaller side 8x16 feet 3 feet shallow end 4.6 deep end.pool Heater runs seasonally oct 15-april 15 80-85. Hot tub is hot and ready at 101°. It fits 4 to 5 people.

Very clean and roomy for our family holiday stay. Lots of amenities and, although we didn’t have time to use them, the host had the jacuzzi and pool all warmed up and waiting for us! Great place and great location for us.

This house has everything you could possibly need! Pool is heated and even on the colder days we were able to enjoy it. House was clean and cozy! Dunedin is the perfect city to stay in with so many restaurants near by! Honeymoon island was beautiful! We enjoyed our welcome gift. We would love to come back!

This home was amazing! It is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities. Anybody could imagine. Sandra,the host thought of everything you would possibly need with all the comforts of home to make your vacation enjoyable She is also very hands-on and available to assist with anything and gave me daily updates on the weather since I was staying there for my son’s wedding she made this trip so much more easier during my stay I highly recommend this property and I know I will be looking to stay here again thank you Sandra for such a wonderful week!

Property pleasant, relaxing, very clean in a nice neighborhood near so many local spots.The property is well represented/ accurate description. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool was refreshing. Sandra our host was attentive, and tho we had no issues she touched base and was available throughout our stay. We live relatively local but would love to bring (more) family to stay here / be close to the beach , shopping ,local creamery, breweries etc.Highly recommend!!

The listing was as described. The host was excellent and even left gifts on the counter when we arrived. Full size garage, that holds two cars, washing machine, multiple televisions and all new appliances, etc. Would definitely recommend this location and house.

This was our first time staying on the Gulf Coast as a family. This house was more than perfect for our vacation. You can tell the home has been recently updated with very tasteful decor. Everything was clean and in good condition. There was more than enough room for the four of us to spread out. The backyard was lovely with a small pool, hot tub, grill and plenty of seating /lounging. The neighborhood was nice. The location was close to the beautiful Honeymoon and Caladesi Island beaches, which I highly recommend. It's actually a great location for everything the Tampa, Clearwater, St. Pete area has to offer. The owner offered excellent communication. She also left a lovely welcome gift for us. The house has just about everything you could need. This is great if you are flying in and can't lug a bunch of beach gear. We enjoyed our relaxing week here in Dunedin, Fl.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sandra’s home. From the moment you enter the home, you notice how inviting it feels and how clean everything is. The layout of the home is very comfortable and spread out. Everything you needed for your stay was readily available at the house. The pool area was very pretty and comfortable to lounge around. We can’t wait to come visit again!

This home was very clean and I love how beautifully decorated it was as well...and we were greatly appreciated of the gift she left for us as well, a bottle of wine, box of chocolates , Dunkin coffee and a bath ball...we enjoyed the beautiful back yard we grilled out on the grill and we sat around the fire pit and had s'mores for the kids and at night we enjoyed the hot tub and us adults and the kids loved swimming in the pool it was over all a wonderful stay...the only problem we had was keeping the house cool the more you go in and out of the doors on the house the harder it is to keep the house cool....but Mrs.Sandra did inform us of this before our stay...Thank you Mrs Sandra for sharing your home with us you have a beautiful home ..we loved it! We definitely will be coming back....

We spent the weekend here with 2 families with teens. The house was large enough to give everyone their space while providing comfortable areas for everyone to gather. We really enjoyed the backyard area. Beautiful landscaping around pool and hot tub area.

Property is exactly as pictured. Sandy is very easy to get a hold of. Driving distance to downtown Dunedin! Would recommend many of the restaurants and coffee shops there. We enjoyed Pisces Sushi the most!

I have been renting vacation homes since 2020 and this has to be the best one. The house has all the amenities listed plus more. It is clean and in a great location. Very clean home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much and both are well maintained. I would suggest the owner replace all of the mattresses as the beds were uncomfortable compared to other rental properties I have stayed at. The kitchen had everything we needed, but the pots and pans in the kitchen need to be replaced with better quality cookware that are not scratched. We enjoyed the personal touch of wine and chocolates when we arrived. Sandra quickly returned my call when we realized we had locked ourselves out of the house, so we were quickly able to gain access. Overall I would give this rental property a 5.

We were looking to have a couple of nights closer to some areas that we hadn’t gotten a chance to see yet since moving to Tampa. This place was very nice, well located, and the owners were responsive and helpful. Strongly recommend if you are looking for a cozy rental in that area.

This house has everything you will need! It's clean, gorgeous, and stocked. It has full kitchen items including pots pans, spices, and coffee! The bathrooms have full size soap, shampoo etc... The back family room is awesome for hanging out. It's centrally located in Dunedin. Ideal for a family vacation or a girls weekend! There is plenty of space to spread out. The hosts are very communicative and were able to answer all correspondence immediately. We will definitely be back for a girls weekend!

Living in Fort Myers Beach and dealing with Hurricane Ian issues, I needed to find a place to stay quickly so that my home could be remediated for mold. And I figured, let’s go check out Clearwater beach. The location to the beach is relatively close and easy to get to. We weren’t that impressed. Too many Goliath resort style buildings, not enough Tiki bars and the beach is huge. But the house. So sweet. Very well done. Our group was just looking for a haven that wasn’t in shambles and we felt right at home. In fact, we found out that 2 other couples, close friends of ours from our FMB neighborhood, are staying in that area during their rebuilding process. So they came over both nights we were there. The lanai they made into a family room is very generous in size, but not enough furniture for 8 adults to sit around and chat. We were able to use furniture from other rooms, so it worked out. The taste and style of the house and furnishings are very lovely. The dining room table only had 4 chairs, which was odd for a 3 BR house. The living room is under utilized. A pool table there would be a great idea! The swimming pool we couldn’t use as it wasn’t heated, which was a mega bummer. The owners need to rectify this as an option for additional money. We would have gladly paid as the pool in our community is destroyed, and it would have been nice to have a normal moment back. There is a hot tub, a 3 person size, which made seating awkward for our group of 4. But we made it work. The next night, we were going to go to Dunedin, but instead, we stayed “home”, invited our friends back, ordered food in and had a glorious campfire. You can get wood at the ace hardware. The house does back up to a busy road, but for us, it wasn’t an issue. We we’re escaping far worse. The house also has a garage, so it was nice to park my car there. The yard is fenced in, so we didn’t have an issue with fearing our dogs would escape. There’s plenty of amenities and the house has just about everything you would need to feel at home. Including your host, Sandy. She is easy to work with and great with communication. If your looking for a great home to stay at while visiting beautiful Florida, then this gem is a must.

We absolutely loved this house! It was very well maintained and clean! We enjoyed having plenty of space for our group of 7. The beds were all very comfortable. There was games to play that the kids enjoyed along with the hot tub! Sandra was absolutely fantastic to work with! She was so nice and quick to respond to messages! The check-in process was easy. The property was very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. We used the gas grill, the pool, and the hot tub. The chairs, cooler and umbrella for the beach came in handy. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were wonderful. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of living space.
Sandy was very helpful with any questions that we had and was readily available when needed.
I would recommend this property to anyone.

I have to say everything about the house itself was great. Very clean & inviting. It is everything the host states in the description. Everything you need is there. Towels, blankets, dishes all the appliances excellent. The location is close to everything. There are plenty of places to eat within 10 minutes or less of the house. Clearwater beach is about 20 minutes away. The house is in a seemingly decent neighborhood however it sits pretty close to a 4 lane road so it was a bit noisy. Nothing to do with any of the other accommodations or the host. We are just not used to all the traffic noise is all. If someone were to ask me if it is a good place to stay, I would say absolutely. Thank you to Sandra for all of your help answering questions and being a very pleasant host.

Best Family Vacation Destination Ever
The property was beyond my expectations. This beautiful house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything you can imagine. Beach items, such as, surf boards, chairs, noodles, ice chests, balls, floats, and toys were all available. The pool and hot tub were really nice. Sandra was so nice and always available for messaging. It isn’t that far from Clearwater, Sand Key, Homeymoon and Caladesi Island Beaches. We went to all of them. Stores and the mall were very close. I would definitely book this one again if I return to that area.
