Need some rest and relaxation? This is the place for you!! Studio apartment on the back half of an ocean front duplex. Only a few steps from an amazing stretch of beaches. Enjoy a large bedroom/ living room area with a smart tv, internet and a dvd player. TV works with your internet based apps like HULU, NetFlix, etc. Only steps from the beach! Beautiful palm trees in front of the property on the beach waiting for your hammock and drink of choice! Studio includes a queen sized bed, a futon sofa (small~ only sleeps one and is best for a child not an adult), a full kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, and basic cook wear) bathroom with shower, and a large closet with shelves for your clothes. You can’t get much better for the price!! Free parking on the street, the parking on premises is for the adjoining 2 bedroom rental (also available on VRBO #2108080). This property is minutes from the famous El Yunque Rainforest, the natural water slide, a bioluminescent bay, Charco El Hippie, many adventures in Old San Juan, the ferry to Flamenco Beach on Culebra island, the Marina in Fajardo, and so much more. You can hike, fish, explore, shop, dine, or just be a beach bum!! There are also many wonderful places to eat in the area, including the Luquillo Kiosks. I also recommend checking out Pinterest for fun ideas of things to do while in Puerto Rico!

If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower in between exploring PR, this is a great place to do it at a great price. We loved being across the street from a beautiful beach, where we spent a lazy afternoon in the hammock provided by the property. It is also in walking distance to some amazing restaurants, and a grocery store.

We stayed for 3 nights in this sweet little spot right on the beach. Clean, quiet, and close to everything. Really enjoyed our stay. Communication and check in were easy.

Literally steps from the ocean. Located in the back of an ajoining house, but very nice inside. Little late getting check in instructions, but otherwise a great stay, thanks Amber and Mary.

I was unable to complete my stay due to a last minute work conflict. As heartbreaking as that was, Amber was easy to communicate with and very helpful and understanding. Looking forward to staying at this property in the future when I can reschedule.

This is an awesome spot! You are right behind the main house in a studio. Very close to a nice beach.
My only issue was that there were roaches in the kitchen. There was bug spray for flying insects, but it didn't seem to cut it with the roaches as only 1 of the ones I spayed ended up dying.
I decided not to cook there, which was not an issue for me. I could see this affecting other people differently.

The ocean view across the street was beautiful! It was a clean, very cute & comfortable space to stay. It had all the necessities & even extras that you would want. The host was easy to be in touch with & responds quickly. There’s several nice places to eat within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely visit again.

We stayed three nights here and enjoyed our stay so much. It is right across the street from the beach, and they have a few things to take along with you like sand buckets, towels and even a boogie board. The kitchen is small but well equipped to make your basic morning eggs and coffee or late night pasta for those vegetarians on your trip ;)
Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My partner, our 4 year old, and myself stayed at this studio for a week. Having the beach literally across the street was glorious! The neighborhood felt very safe and laid back. The proximity to el Yunque, San Juan, and other awesome locations was so convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed walking down the beach both directions and walked to dinner both nights. The bed was comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the studio during the day. The futon sofa was comfortable enough to sit on and watch a TV program at night . The shower ran hot from both knobs, although less hot from the cold knob. Would stay again.

If you're looking for an affordable, comfortable stay in Luquillo, look no further. Hubby and I stayed here for our first trip to PR. Place was cozy and had all we need. The best part was walking out the door and looking directly at the waves any time you want. The beach is a ten second walk. We would stay again!

We loved being so close to the beach and near a lot of options for things to do. We walked to the kiosks (and drove when feeling lazy), got drinks and dinner at a variety of other local spots, hiked El Yunque, and took a coffee tour a couple hours away. We also just sat around and did nothing- this was the best part of vacation. Our apartment was perfect as a homebase!

We were thrilled to find this gem of a place in a gem of a location. Nice small community that offered so much. The location of our unit provided privacy when we wanted, yet plenty of activity within in walking distance. We slept so good at night with the sound of the waves crashing on the surf just across the quiet street. Everything we needed was provided to allow us a relaxing stay.

Excellent communication from owner and property manager. This studio was well equipped. Kitchen supplies , towels, noise machine, coolers and boogie boards were provided. Excellent AC after a hot day in the forest or at the beach.

Right on the beach. Literally walk out your door and you see waves. 30min from San Juan. 5min from Luquillo Kioscos. Very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The host, Ed was very attentive. The studio was in perfect condition charming and cozy. Just a few feet away from the beach. Everything was excellent. I recommend this place to all my friends and whoever wants a peaceful place to stay to release the stress this is the right place to come. Thank you Ed for making the check-in process easy. This little studio was just perfect for my family.. it’s located in playa azul, Luquillo. Very close to a lot of good restaurants and a few steps from the beach. Owner very easy to rich out.. at the moment we got in to the apartment he sent a list of restaurants, cafes , tours etc. We are just glad where we ended up our trip

True Puerto Rico!
If you want to go where the tourist go head over to San Juan. If you want to enjoy Puerto Rico then stay here. My familia is from Puerto Rico. Luquillo is perfect. Just head over to the kiosks and have your pick of some incredible food. The best part was to wake up and take the 15 second walk right to the beach. Quiet and so relaxing. This is a nice place and you wont be disappointed. Thank you for allowing me to stay!

And the owner/manager provided beach chairs, towels, and even body boards! Ed, the property manager was extremely helpful in terms of scheduling check in and even provided us with his list of recommended activities, restaurants, bars, etc. Even the owner chimed in with a couple of her favorites. We were there for 3 days and managed to go snorkeling, jungle hiking, take surf lessons, and enjoy live music. The property and owner also rent out a larger adjacent unit which I would definitely consider if/when I go back with my family. Street parking was not an issue.

Beachside paradise!
We had a great stay! The property is right next to a gorgeous beach and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and only a very short drive to anything else you might need (groceries, post office etc). Ed was so very sweet and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I would rent this apartment again next time I am able to come to Puerto Rico, it was a great place.
