It has one of the best private beaches in our area year after year and a newly built private lakefront pool (now open as of 4/5/2024) and a hot tub - it is a premier lakefront pool house with all the accouterments you could hope for! Sitting along the edge of Lake Michigan, the sprawling property features a guest house, a private tennis court, a sandy beach, and a one-of-a-kind home with lake views at almost every turn. Whether you’re looking for the perfect vacation spot for a large group or your family, and even furry companions, the White Pearl is a luxurious and beautiful catch for a Harbor Country getaway. Upon entry to the house, it’s hard not to be stunned at the immediate beauty. Making the most of the property’s premium location overlooking Lake Michigan, the home provides a unique take on an open-concept plan, with high vaulted ceilings, countless windows with abundant natural light, and sweeping views of Lake Michigan. In addition to the natural surroundings, the home is expertly decorated with a tasteful, modern aesthetic, and high-end Italian furnishings. The main floor includes a grand living area with serene views of the lake, a private light-filled bedroom, a family room with a fireplace, and an open-concept bedroom. Next to the airy dining room is a second living space with a TV and a bright, all-white kitchen with plenty of counter space and all the necessary cooking gear for the culinary inclined. There is a newly reconfigured master second main bedroom suite on the main floor as well. A good portion of the second floor is reserved for the primary main bedroom retreat that features an indoor balcony and outdoor porch, a private office, and a large bathroom with a soaking jacuzzi tub, a sauna, a double shower, and a skylight. The rest of the second floor includes two additional bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and private porches. The private guest house has been fully renovated with a kitchen and new bathrooms. The guest house includes a first-floor kitchenette, a family room, a walk-out porch, a half bath, and a laundry room. The second floor of the guest house has a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-out porch, and a full bathroom. The guesthouse now has a second bedroom with two twin beds as well. While there are plenty of spaces to stay in Harbor Country, it is safe to say that you won’t find any property like the White Pearl. From the truly awe-inspiring architecture to the lake views at every turn, it’s sure to be a stay you won’t forget. THINGS TO KNOW The pool is typically open from May 1 - October 1 This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Our only regret is that we brought bicycles, tennis rackets, toys and kitchen items that we never used. This home has everything! The views are beyond compare, beds are comfortable and two grandparents, eight parents and six grandchildren all had more than enough space, even when air quality forced us indoors. A wonderful family vacation. We love this home 💕

Absolutely loved our stay here. The property manager (Maria) is extremely responsive and helped answer all of our questions while we were there. Highlights include sitting in the hot tub during snowfall, walking along the snowy beach listening to the waves crashing, and spending quality time in the open living room with my entire group. I hope to come back soon and cannot say enough kind words about this property.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home where our entire family gathered on vacation, enjoyed our time together and made special memories! All the amenities the house has to offer were enjoyed from the youngest (4 months) to the oldest (great grandma at 90 years old)! Grandma and Grandpa's best week of the year!

Just the right blend of comfort + beauty. Great views of Lake Michigan both inside and out. Every amenity you could think of too. We spent hours at the pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Kitchen providing group space for cooking and sharing meals together. Highly recommend getting a personal chef Brad to create a memorable dinner. What a treat. Definitely coming back to enjoy this gem afain

It was nice although I would have liked to use the pool. And the guest house front door was locked, we needed to go through the sliding door in order to get in. We couldn’t lock it when we left the house. For security reasons, that was a headache.
