Being central to all shops etc, it was walking distance to all activities.

We had a group of 9 family and friends. The house is suprisingly largeand was a perfect choice for us. Close to downtown. Would recommend for large groups. Some of the beds are in common space, which was not an issue for our group size, but be aware if you are planning to use every sleeping space.

We had a large group of friends staying at the property for a second year in a row. We loved having that space and multiple bathrooms and options for everyone in terms of rooming configurations which is often hard to find. The location is fantastic as we strolled down to the wharf and to dinner which was a real treat. Communication with the owner was fantastic and very quick.

The house so spacious everyone had room to hang out and it was very close to where we were going for netball. Great communication with the host as well.

Great space and convenience for our families. Close to walks and amenities. Cleanliness of kitchen equipment could be improved. Shower water pressure very random!

We loved our stay here. The house is large and had everything we required, and is so close to town that we were able to walk to everything. I have only got positive to report on this property.

WE loved our quirky house, we all had our own rooms, space and a shared area looking out over a part of the harbour, which was beautiful at night. Handy to everything you might need. Leanne was easy to contact and response times were excellent. Great holiday home.

Great communication in a timely manner with the owner. Leanne went out of her way to answer our questions. It was a fantastic house for a family gathering for Xmas. Lots of common areas both inside and out for people to gather. The kitchen was well enough equipped to cook Xmas dinner with a couple of our own additions. Comfortable beds and great showers. Our family would love to stay here again.

Large house with 5 actual bedrooms plus other sleeping spaces. It easily accommodated our group of 6 couples. Large dining area and superb living room with couches and easy chairs to enable 12+ people to sit together comfortably. Lovely sunny deck and beautiful views from bed and living rooms. So close to town and waterfront. Thank you to the lovely host.

We were a group of 10 women sharing this amazing house central to everything in Picton. Lots of space, great kitchen, plenty of bathrooms - just a couple that the shower didn't have great water pressure in. Also, the property felt a bit musty when we arrived - probably been closed up for a while - it'd be good to air it before arrivals. But overall - a great property with great facilities and close to everything.

Nice large house, that allowed couples their own room with on-suite. Short walk to town. Plenty of parking as we travelled from different parts of NZ. Only issue was working out the oven as symbols have faded. 9 of us stayed and had a fabulous time. Totally recommend for large group/family gatherings.

This whole process was seamless. Exceptional second to none communication from our host who went above and beyond to meet our needs, even getting a gas bottle sorted for us in the middle of winter. The accomodation was excellent, clean, spacious, warm and roomy. With separate living spaces, no one got under foot and could retreat to a quiet spot. Loved this home and hope to be back again. Absolute value for money and we hope to be back.

We needed plenty of space for a family reunion, and this home was PERFECT. Warm, comfy, quiet, even in stormy weather. Very handy to town, you can walk to cafes, boat tours, supermarket. Our host was very helpful and kind. We were thrilled with our weekend stay.

It was easy to find and close to town. Plenty of sleeping options was great for our group. Good parking space and easy entry for older people, we were celebrating a 91st birthday. Heating was good , would book again.

Space for everyone!
The house is perfectly located close to the marina, town and for walks. The space was wonderful for our family gathering with several big rooms for different activities. We all enjoyed our time in Picton

We loved our family get-together here. Loads of room for 11 of us without feeling cramped. The weather was terrible so having loads of space still made our trip very enjoyable. Great location being walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay again.
