Location, size of rooms, well equipped

Check-in process - took a few tries to get a hold of someone via video call but got there in the end. All up didnt take long though

It was very spacious and clean, comfortable beds. Location also great. Good value for money!

room is so big, separate bathroom and toilet, value for the money, location is not far from Hakata Station.

About the unmanned hotel, so it’s a little bit hard to contact the staff. No luggage room.

we order a room for seven ppl, the place is quite large, which can comfortably unfold suitcase on the ground

the worker doesn’t inform us to pay for extra tax until we were in the hotel waiting for checking in, and we try to connect them, but no one answered the phone, which took us 1.5hr to finish checking process.

No cleaning and no new towel (actually can pick up the new towel at 1st floor but it's not available all the time).

Price and Facilities.

I would be better if the room have some cleaning tools.

The beds are large and very comfort. 2 Toilets with seperate bathroom are very good for group of people. So guests don't have to fight for use it. Also 2 digital TV and 2 air-cons. The hotel is quiet and close to supermarkets.

The pillows is not good-firm much. There is a washing machine but don't have a rack for drying clothes.

Room was spacious and has almost everything you need, microwave, stove, kitchen tools, washing machine, USB charger, etc. Location is not far from Hakata Station only 10 mins walk and there are many convenient stores nearby. Paid parking is just opposite of the hotel.

There is no people working at the hotel and it's really hard to contact management team if you need urgent help. No one pick up the phone using the number provided. So everything must be very well planned and any question/special request should be asked before arrival. There is no cleaning service which is ok for the price but it would be nice if you provide some easy cleaning tools in the room like broom or mop. The room is quite messy if you stay for more than 2-3 nights.

Since there is no staff it was difficult to communicate specifically we couldn’t enter the property because it was locked and we didn’t know security code

The room fits for 6 people and because it has 3 double beds. It is very large room with great kitchen utensils and washing machine. The TV is also great. Everything is really good.

The receptionist system. We weren't told that the gate closed at 9. We were stuck outside without knowing the code to enter the building. No one works on the receptionist since they do it online. No one helped us until someone we don't know also want to enter the building and told us the code. Also we had problem during check out. There was internet connection problem with the IPAD so we need to call their main service center.
