It’s just a short 2 mile drive to historic Pinehurst Village restaurants. Spend the evening relaxing around the firepit, playing pool or cards, or working on your putting stroke in the fully equipped downstairs game room. This was my 2nd time at this property and it was equally satisfying. The space and layout was very accommodating for several families at once. The game room in the basement was the center of attention for the kids and young adults. 5 stars once again.

This is a comfortable spacious home. Great accommodations for family my family. We loved the pool table, card, table, putting room, theater, and fire pit, it was a reunion for my family, children and grandchildren and we all had a wonderful time. Plenty of seating for everyone and a well equipped kitchen. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The tubs and showers were still quite dirty, and we had to clean them ourselves. We also found some issues we needed to repair from the previous guests who were very disrespectful of this wonderful home. We would definitely stay again.

Sandhills & Marcus were super responsive to challenging situation for my 80+ year old mother. Her AC went down and would take more than a 5 days to repair with 90 degree temperatures not livable.
This property was very close to her house and Marcus got us booked the same day! This was a life saver for my mother. The property was perfect.

This house is perfect for a golf trip to Pinehurst. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd year staying at this property. The amenities are excellent – poker area, billiards, movie room and the fire pit. There’s always something to do, and we love the proximity to the resort as well as all the courses we played.

It was a great golf trip in Pinehurst for myself and some friends, appreciate you accommodating us! I spoke with someone from Sandhills about a chair that gave out with someone sitting in it in the basement and it looked previously repaired, just wanted to bring it to attention, I submitted an email with pictures showing the different chairs. Feel free to contact with any questions regarding it and the deposit! Thank you.

This house really surprised us because pictures don’t do justice to the place! Our kids were super excited about the house. We were very comfortable. Very clean, the game room and theater were amazing. The kitchen, the outdoor areas, everything was amazing. Super clean, and very well equipped. Thank you! I will definitely stay here again next time I come to visit my family.

The Sandhills team are really first rate. Our selected home had AC issues prior to our arrival, on a really sold out week, and the team found us an even better home for our trip without uncharging us..The home was spotless clean, well apportioned with everything needed and the location was ideal.
