This is a wonderful home. We can't wait to visit again. It is walking distance from Capitola for dinner and or a visit to the beach. The backyard on the river is tranquil and beautiful anytime of the day or night. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine by the fire pit. Property manager was very responsive and home was well appointed. Can't recommend the property enough. Hope to be back soon!

Family Beach Trip
We stayed here with our two young children for a long weekend at the beach and it was wonderful! The house was absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was just few minute walk to the beach and to downtown, but the house was still in a quiet area. Gina was great to deal with and check in and communication was easy. Overall a great stay and would for sure stay again.

The house is lovely. It was very cozy, it has comfortable beds and sofa. We loved the outdoor area on the dock. The check in of getting the nest heat on and the tv streaming accessed was a little challenging, yet Gina was right on it, giving us instructions and turning heat on remotely. Gina provides lots of great suggestions for things to do, places to eat around Capitola. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return as well. We all agreed we could have stayed one more day. This is always a good sign when you don't want to leave : )

Capitola is a quaint little town with tons of things to do and some super great restaurants! We have rented homes in New Zealand, Kenya, London, etc and this home did not disappoint. .
The location with the deck on the water was so perfect for us and our friends. Inside the home were comfortable beds and ample linens. You can walk to the village without worrying about parking , which is huge !
Communication and check in was seamless. We will be back!! Thank you.

The outside is beautiful with lots of flowers and succulents to admire throughout the property. The patio in the back has a nice outdoor heater which we enjoyed every morning as we drank our coffee. The deck on the river was so relaxing. It’s where we spent most of our time. It has a firepit, outdoor furniture and a granite island with stools.
Gina is great, always very responsive and her recommendations were right on point!
Every single thing about this house was amazing and we are already planning our next trip.

This little gem is located perfectly just outside the hustle of the village. Right on the Soquel Creek, the back patios are adorable and cozy. Perfect for a little BBQ. The kitchen and living room are beautiful and functional. The bedrooms and bathrooms just lovely. We could have not found a better place. Everything was just that good.

The house is steps from hip downtown Capitola on a serene river with lots of frolicking ducks. Lovely house with all the comforts of home. Lots of deck furniture including a fireplace and outdoor heaters. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice bedding and towels!

Great house in with a great location
We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. It is walking distance to restaurants and the beach with a lovely private dock on the river. We enjoyed paddling our paddleboards from the dock up and down the river and to the beach. Very comfortable with a location that can't be beat.

Tranquil backyard deck on Soquel River
Gina has an amazing property centrally located on the river walk in Capitola within walking distance to the restaurants of central Capitola. The backyard is a gem, with a well furnished deck on the banks of the Soquel River under the trestle bridge. The house is within walking distance to Capitola beach and only a 10 min drive to Seacliff beach.
We ate dinner every night (either grilling on the deck or restaurant takeout from down the street) on the backyard deck, while watching the ducks and seagulls swim by.
The house is stylish yet warm. It was a perfect for our family with 2 young children.
Gina was very responsive to our questions.

What an absolutely fantastic property! Location, amenities, cleanliness and the welcome communication with the property manager made this stay beyond perfect! Stylish decorative touches and a well provisioned kitchen make all the difference in this beautiful home. Definitely was a pinch me moment for us and will live fondly in our memories forever.
